I knew fast food fell off but this ****** hit an all time LOW. where the General Manager is ******** from customer's with false policies that he makes up on the fly. This man stole 9.18$ of my government chk bkuz I wanted to live like the ***** and eat out. I order Rolls and Gravy. I knew times were tough but dang I'm ?? on a fix income.I thought I would have some ****** rolls and gravy, you know treat myself to some take out,didn't know I was gonna get took. Yet the worst thing of all of it was feeling less than. I'm a black woman trying to keep my composure, talking ti to an arrogant white man, who feels he's got me beat. And I'm in front of a restaurant with a family of Caucasian people dining in and I felt like a fool. he made me feel like a fool,because he was taking my money $9.18. is ****** hurting that much they got to keep my $9.18 .Rolls and gravy. my friends ***** and gravy,this man couldn't just let me go with my $9.18, no he wanted to tell me he replaced my order two times, which he did not.he didnt replace my order once.I gave him some crusty gravy that he gave me and some crunchy rolls that were not fresh. I wanted my money back and he told me a lie saying they do not do refunds. he had nothing posted saying they do not do refund there was nothing on the receipts thing they do not do refunds but he made me look like an idiot in front of those people with their kids. I try to keep my composure but you know it makes black folks look ignorant and he wanted me to look that way. so I apologize to the family because they had kids I didn't want to argue I had to actually lift my voice a little bit they said they understood and it was okay but when I walked out I felt like less of me because this man wanted to tell a bold-faced lie over some rolls crusty rolls and some crunchy gravy he's needs to go back to church and learn about inequity in righteousness things he knows nothing about ****** General Manager on ************* for Bush's Chicken
