I went to this local shop to get a shirt and to get it personalized for my 4 yr old daughter to wear to games in support of her school. I have made purchases before two as a matter of fact with no issues. Now only after 4 days of purchase the owner decides they do not want to do my order due to past involvements with each other. This all took place over 8 yrs ago and all I wanted to do was get this shirt and support the local businesses. I'm upset that they did this and broke my daughters heart in the process.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/03) */ Just as with any business Game On Graphics has the right to refuse business from any customer. The customer was contacted by phone and given a full refund for their order. Understanding the importance of this order, she was offered a list of other businesses within the community that could complete this customized shirt for her daughter. She declined the offer. We believe we went above and beyond to respectfully remedy this issue.
