Please stay clear of these FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS. The new management is accusing me of theft and charging my account $3,000 for patio furniture. They sent me "video evidence" of an unknown/unrecognizable person moving something around. They also are charging my wife and I two dog penalty fees AFTER we moved out. We provided the original (first) management documentation of our pets. These charges from Stone Hill Apartments are criminal.The current management loses paperwork. The previous BBB review about the Honeywell happened to us, too. The first owners/management informed us it was NOT required to have a Honeywell security device in your apartment. It took months to resolve because the new management that took over Stone Hill Apartments wouldn't get back to us promptly over the phone or through email; moreover, Covid restrictions made it difficult to talk with anyone in person.Initial Complaint

Need help with an issue with an apartment trying to charge me a fee (500) for a device (Honeywell Security System) I never received. The apartment name is Stonehill Apartments located in ************. The crazy thing is that I never moved into the apartment because I had found employment in *******. I maybe a total of 30min there to check up on the place and left because the manger giving me weird vibes, I wanted to make sure no one was living at the location while I was not there. On doing my research I have come across over people that been charged this and had to take legal action, I'm trying to avoid this because I'm located in *******. Can you please help me, I feel that I'm being wronged by this business.Business response

Hello,
Please see attached lease agreement for *************************. Upon move in, we have Honeywell Security Device's in all apartments. The resident agrees to this by signing our Honeywell and Nest thermostat addendum that is also listed in the lease agreement. Upon move out, the apartment did not have the device located in the apartment so I sent an email to ************** on 03/05/22 asking ************** if he accidentally packed it which happens from time to time. There is another applicant listed on his lease agreement so I am not sure what happened to the device. ************** resided in Apt **** located at Stone Hill from 12/22/21 - 02/27/22. Please let me know if there is anything else you need from me.

I am rejecting this response because: I never lived there so how can I take something that was never given to me. Im not the only one that has lived there and this has happen to.
