      7/11/2023 and ongoing to this day.They were supposed to paint my 2014 SLK 250 ******** doing a good job in a timely manner being careful to protect my vehicle from harm.They finished painting it on 8/15/2023. I got it home and noticed a log of things wrong with the paint. Plus I noticed that my locking mechanism on the driver door was not working like it did when I dropped the car off.I called ***** at Maaco in ************ and let him know . I brought the car back and he said they would take care of everything. They apparently resanded and buffed the car. I haven't seen the car since 8/21/2023. They have had my car for over two months now.I told them that I definitely expected the paint to look right and correct ( mainly front head light area) and also the locking mechanism on the drivers door to be fixed since they are the careless ones who damaged it.They told me that the part is back ordered yet I saw they are available on Amazon. I asked them to write me a letter stating that they will be responsible to fix that locking mechanism but they failed to write me the letter. I am afraid that they will conveniently continue to tell me that the part is still backordered to get out of fixing it. I don't trust them. They seldom get back to me or keep me informed of any progress. They seem to be dragging their feet in the painting and fixing of my car. Two months is entirely too long for this job. I am hoping that they are not trying to steal my car from **** don't trust them and I don't believe a word they say. I plan to write a scathing review if and when I get my car back. I will do a law suit against them if needed but was hoping you could help me.Maaco Corporate in ************** did nothing for me.Thank you,**************************** ************ **********************

      Maaco performed very bad work 4 different times in a year trying to repair and paint the same work I originally went in for..after the third attempt they ******* me saying they will not fix what they did wrong unless I pay for more work to get done to my car...so I had no choice to do this by telling them I will pay for dent repair so they also could match the paint they couldn't seem to get right 4 times in and out the shop ..so after they called and said dent repair was completed and paint marched...I went up there and that was false..******* still there and paint does not match...I told them I was not paying for work that was not done but they threatened me by keeping my car so I was forced to pay....I wrote a review and the owner called and threatened to take me to court!please help get my money back and an apology for terrible treatment for a year dealing with this business.
