Backsplash job is bad. Fence was built bad. ******'s guys damaged the plumbing. Overall, ********* is stolen!!!! Fraud!!!Business response

We have attempted to help correct the issues that the customer is having an after the last attempt we have determined that we are not able to satisfy this customer. We offered a concession and the customer is still being very belligerent for no reason. We stand behind our warranty, and even then we still go above and beyond to do the right thing. If hes willing to allow us to correct whatever issues he is having we are still willing to work with them, but we are not gonna be offering him a refund because the work has already been completed, the products were purchased, and the labor has been paid, and the customer agreed at the end of the project that everything was satisfactory. Its about the warrant at this point.
