I signed a 12 month contract with them, and actually stopped attending the gym a long time before the contract ended. However, I honored my end of the deal and paid for all 12 months. After this I was not supposed to be charged anymore, however they have continued to charge me for months after the end of the contract. Nobody will answer any calls, texts, emails, messages, or anything to help me get a resolution. They have taken money from me that they are not obligated to! There is a word for that!

I have attempted 5x to cancel my membership. I have emailed, texted and called and left multiple voice messages. I received notice from someone via text that I would have to pay a $300 cancellation fee, which was not disclosed to me at the time of signing up. This business has unacceptable membership practices and has failed on numerous occasions to respond in a timely manner, which will likely end ** in my monthly membership fee being charged before this is resolved.I want to cancel with no fees because none of that was mentioned at the time of signing up. This is not a contract and I didn't receive any discounted rate, so I am furious that they are trying to charge a fee for something not provided. I signed up less than a month ago and cannot see how they can justify charging $195 to sign up and $300 to cancel when I've been a total of 4 times.

While living in ************ I signed up for a 3 month contract as I was planning to move to *********** but wasn't sure when. The contract was for ****** ************ I signed up after business hours on 4/13 and payment was processed 4/14 with them understanding that once my 3 months were up I would need to pay again. I was charged again on 7/12 and was in the process of moving so I inquired about cancelling. I was told I needed to email *********************************** and cancellation would be processed. I sent the cancellation request on 7/15 but was charged again on 8/12. It took multiple messages left with the answering service and 3 or 4 emails requesting cancellation and refund for August, and July as I didnt attend any classes in July b/c I thought my membership had expires. I finally got a response via emails saying they had processed my cancellation on 8/30 with no mention of refund and none issued. I have followed up many times via email, messages with answering w/ no response
