I brought my ****** Tacoma to PfastLube for an oil change. I have used them for several years.During the last oil change, they left a plastic bottle of oil under the hood. It spilled oil on the engine, the metal plate underneath and my garage floor. As a result, there was a horrible squeaking noise coming from the engine. I brought my truck back to PflasLube: they removed the damaged bottle, cleaned the metal plate and provided cleaning spray for my garage floor. The squeaking noise did not go away. I brought my truck back to PfastLube: they replaced a bearing clogged with black residual from the oil spill. In the process, they also broke the engine cover and left it unsecured under the hood: very irresponsible! The manager ****** and other workers present acknowledged that the squeaking noise was unnatural and there was negligence/irresponsible on the part of the technician who worked on my truck. ****** told me that he will reach out to the owner and possibly get them to pay for the repairs at an automotive repair shop. I called ****** on Jan. 18, **** to ask about next steps only to be told that the owner was only willing to replace the engine cover, but not to fix the horribel squeaking noise. The whole problem started with the bottle of oil left under the hood by PfastLube workers for a simple oil change. it has now been exacerbated by the actions of an irresponsible technician without regard for safety and customer satisfaction. I would like PflastLube to fix the problems on my truck: 1) get rid of the squeaking noise, 2) replace broken engine cover. I would like them to account for their negligent and irresponsible actions.
