This is the worst builder you could have. We have lived in our home for three years and have extent amount of damage already. We have cracks everywhere. Both bathrooms will have to be completely redone due the lack grout and they installed them so poorly everything is coming up. Our master shower is trash. We also have foundation issues. We have had these issues from the beginning and the builder did nothing!!! This home is absolute trash along with this company! They must of paid a home inspector under the table because their is no way our home should have ever passed inspection. They half a$$ built our home. They suck!!

Owner closed on home 9/9/2020. Every home has a 1 ,2, & 10 year Warranty. The 1 year is for workmanship, 2nd year is all mechanical/plumbing /electrical. CCH addressed every warranty submitted form closing thru last warranty request submitted & completed 3/8/2021. Homeowner confirmed all warranty repairs completed. The home has a 10 year structural/foundation warranty thru *********************** that the owners contact directly. CCH has had no requests since 3/8/2021Customer Response

I have actually reached out through your website. I would love to stop by your office sometime next week with pictures of everything that is going on with our house. Your guy came to fix all the cracks but they are all cracked again that happened shortly after. **** built a cheap house on a foundation that has issues and we are getting screwed in the rear for it. So thank you!
