            Around September 2022 I Took my 4star 2 horse gooseneck trailer in for service on the brakes, bearings, lights, wiring. Yearly service Around May 2023 the street side back wheel fell off. Thank God it was when I pulled in my driveway Took it back for them to fix since they serviced it Then not two months later on July 8 ***** the same wheel that they fixed that fell off the brakes lock up, tire drags on the road, and smoke everywhere. When I took it back AGAIN the old a** man said if I was going to be hostile he would not look at it. I do not think I was being hostile. I was upset with this trailer back again and trying to explain for the old f*** what was going on. That is **** poor customer service **************** trailer is pulled maybe 5 times a month less than 100 miles I will not recommend anyone do service with them.

            Bought a living quarters trailer from them with a bad air conditioner. Owners wife (salesperson ) said she would mail me a check for 1/2 the cost of a new A/C (1/2 of $1600). Despite having her commitment in print and excuses of why money hadnt been sent, I have yet to receive any $.
