      I purchased and trade a vehicle of mine with this company there was a deal going on supposedly at the time but there was no deal it was a scam.I was told I could not have my daughter or grand daughter in office with me during the paperwork I was told my payments would be ****** after 3 months that I would not have to pay for the first 3 months and that they would refinance my new vehicle after 3 months to make sure my payments would be that price but during the paperwork they hardly gave me money for my vehicle and charge me ****** for a vehicle that was listed on line for ****** after the paperwork was signed they told me that my first payment would be ****** which us way more then a can afford so I told them that but they were persistent even so much to where the owner guaranteed my payments would only be ****** after first payment we'll 3 months down the line I payed the ****** and no financing was available I was lied to due to my age and them frauding me I don't how I will be able to pay such a high payment this company will lie and act like they're going to help when they really just *** and take advantage of older people they should not be able to do such a thing so now I am stuck in this situation with no help just false promises

      Over the years I had texted with ********************* about new vehicles because he was related to family I know in the area. I didn't ever go to the dealership and test drive or even see the pickup until September 21st, 2023. On Sept. 21st, 2023 I signed a lease for a **** *** pickup from Plainview Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram at my home in *******, **. On Sept. 22nd, 2023 as I drove the new vehicle I noticed that the accelerator while going at high speeds would surge/pulsate continuously for the duration of my trip. While driving due to this I started to feel sick, my equilibrium was thrown off, stomach was turning, and once I reached my destination I wanted to throw up. I got in contact with the sale person, *********************. I told him about the issue and he told me to bring it into the dealership to get it looked at. I told **************** that this pickup was not going to work for me, I can't drive it, it is unsafe for me to drive and unsafe for others, I may end up killing myself. I left the pickup and keys at the dealership in Plainview, **. on September 23rd. On October 9th, 2023 while I am at work I get a text message from **************** saying that the dealership couldn't find any issues and that the pickup was in my driveway in *******, **. I drove the pickup again and I still felt the issue and it still made me feel ill. I had tried to call the General Manager multiple times and I left messages who answered and voicemails, I have not heard anything back. I called the *** customer care line; case number ******** my case manager, ********************** ************* Case Specialist **********************. I was told on October 18th, 2023, he talked to the dealership and that they had two techs drive the vehicle and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. He said had to close the case because he had to go by what the techs said. I have sent written notification to the manufacture per TxDMV.I have a report with the *** as well.

      ***************************** has issued a complaint about the operation of a Brand New truck he purchased. His complaint is that he gets to feel sick when driving the truck he purchased. He has brought the truck to the dealership to be looked at a couple of times. Each time it was looked at by a certified technician and nothing was found to be wrong. We  did advise him to reach out to Ram if he felt there was a concern with the manufacture. He noted he called Ram and they closed the case as no issues found. ******* has brought the truck in for the third time and my technicians again finds no issues. Plainview Dodge does not build the vehicles. We only sell them for Ram. We have submitted a case to *** to further notate what we can not duplicate. ******* was in the dealership and test drove his vehicle with my shop ****** and my service manager. They could not duplicate any reported issues. Ram technical assistance requested case number ********* to be closed as of today 11/07/2023. No problems found.

      I am rejecting this response because:   I did bring the vehicle back, and the shop ******* and master technician rode with me on a test drive. Both individuals acknowledged to me they felt the issue. As the test drive continued I had to stop and pull over to switch spots with the master technician for everyone's safety because I was getting dizzy, nauseous, and nearly threw up. All three test drove a different ram of the same style, I didn't get sick nor did I feel the issue I was feeling. I am going to file another complaint with the **** send in another letter to the manufacturer,  and who ever responded to this straight out lied about not feeling the issue. Yes the just sale the vehicle and they won't do anything else. The vehicle needs to be repurchased by the dealership and that will solve this issue at this point. The pickup is a lemon and the dealership is too money-hungry to admit it. Issue not fixed, resolution not found, deny doing business with this company ever again.

      It is important to note that the vehicle in question is running with the technology that has been installed by the manufacturer, ensuring normal operations and compliance with industry standards. 

      While we understand and sympathize with ********************** concerns, we kindly request that any further complaints pertaining to this matter be submitted directly to the manufacturer of the vehicle, Ram. They would be in the best position to address any specific concerns or provide further assistance to ******************

      I am rejecting this response because: the alleged thorough examination, multiple examinations in fact, never once did they find issues another dealership found the first time I took it to them. The manufacturer has been contacted several times and the TxDMV. The unsatisfactory results from this dealership (Plainview Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram) to help is atrocious. Response rejected and the only way to satisfaction is the repurchase of the vehicle, money reimbursement for TTL, credit reports removed from credit history, and contract null and void for the hassle it has given me, the unbelievable (so called examinations), and time it has taken.

      Nov 2021.our delivery van had hit a dog and about that time the air conditioning quit on it. We had also received a recall notice. We took the vehicle in to be inspected. They said we need a new condenser. since we are a parts store we told them we would get back to them. we were thinking we could get one at our cost and have them install it. None were found so we authorized it to be repaired. On Dec. 16th I received the bill and an air filter and cabin air filter were also charged to us. We did not authorize these filters. It is something we sell and they did not need to be changed to do the authorized repairs. I spoke the the service manager and he said since they were installed and had thrown away our parts he could not refund the money. he kept saying Bryan authorized it. Bryan did not. air filter $15.00 cabin filter $18.00 labor $66.36 tax $ 8.20 total $99.36
