Work does get done however, when it comes to the bill it is padded with extra fees and parts which weren't used. Costs...oh, you have to talk to *****, the employees dont know the fees! ****** in the office, doesnt know the fees either. If the 1 and only guy controls the cost, then why cant he return repeated calls? Why exaggerate a bill? Prove the items used and I'll pay but if not, Im not paying until Im shown what is billed is on my house that matches the invoice. When calling the office, sure they take the message but ***** will not return phone call. When asked where is *****, ooh, he called. My first questions is ...when? It's only me ******! WHEN exactly did ***** return my call? Im curious. Im the only one that answers my phone.****** takes email info and address and I specifically told her to email me the bill, she conveniently waited a month...oh...did you get the bill? No ******, you didnt email it to me. Oh, we mailed it. No ******, email it, thats why I gave you my email.. Several calls from different phone lines, ***** will not return calls. Seems like he wants to pad the bill and not return calls so it forces the bill to go 30 days late so he can charge 1 1/2% a month in interest! So how does anyone have a A+ rating from the BBB when not taking care of customers? Whats the point of accountability? Hmm...can you say monopoly. Im keeping very good records to resolve these claims, times and dates the calls are made, messages left, voicemails and where to get his attention so should the day he wants to **** hard to argue with an entry book of every time and review *** made to get his attention.

After visiting with **** on several occasions we did get the issues resolved! While he had some valid complaints, he did make some accusations that were unwarranted. We are not a monopoly, we are a small business with two owners - we are the only one's that control the cost - not ****** or any of our technicians. We do NOT pad our bills but we do on occasion make mistakes - which we did on this invoice and gladly corrected. We are extremely busy and it is very difficult to return all the calls we get daily. We did not charge a late fee and very rarely do - we do have that on our invoices in the event we do need to charge a late fee at some point. At this point he seems to be satisfied and has timely paid this bill that we both agreed to.
