I scheduled air duct cleaning with this company on April 20th, 2022 for $150. They arrived and inspected the air ducts and said they were not dirty but "not bad". They proceeded to tell me that they recommend UV lights for each of the AC units and that would cost $600 each and they would throw in the air duct cleaning for "free". Classic bait and switch. However, I did some research and saw online that UV lights do work. So we agreed on $1k for the job. Their air duct cleaning was a backpack vacuum canister and they would vacuum 10" into the air duct. Our air ducts run 20-50 feet thru out the house. I could have done this myself. In the process of removing the air vents they stripped the screws and dented so many when putting them back in. I had to get all new AC vents installed. Approx. 25 of them. They installed the UV lights and showed me the installation. They stated I could download an app that would monitor the lights for replacement if the bulbs when needed. The installation of the UV lights was done by drilling a hole into the AC unit and securing it with duct tape! There was air leaking from the light installation point. I did not find this out until after they left and also found out that the app for the lights is no longer available because the manufacturer is out of business. I contacted them on April 27th, and told them I was not satisfied with the installation (they state 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website) Both bulbs have burned out. They responded and said they would forward my message to their lead technician. I never heard back. I contacted them again on August 9th and they referred me to a different email address to contact them, I was not getting anywhere with them. I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute on the charge but because of the length and time involved since the charge my dispute was declined and found in their favor. I asked them to send me an itemized receipt for the installation. They refused to do so. I was
