      On 01/21/2024, my husband and I were trying to buy airline tickets for our family from the Singapore Airlines website. Due to a technical issue with the website, we were unable to purchase the tickets online. We then called the Singapore Airlines customer service number found on ****** and spoke to an agent who took our card information to charge a deposit. After the deposit cleared, an agent contacted my husband for the remaining balance. We provided our card information. Our card was charged under Avia and RateHawk, which the agent mentioned were travel agencies affiliated with Singapore Airlines. We ended up paying in excess for the four airplane tickets for our family. The total price was $7150.99, but they charged us $7440.99. They only issued one ticket, and they refuse to issue the remaining tickets claiming that they never received the money. During our last conversation with the agent on 03/06/2024, we asked them to issue our tickets. The agent said that our card got declined. He also mentioned that he is from SkyFlightCheap, which shocked us because we were given the impression that they were calling from Singapore Airlines since January. We would like them to refund the entire money they took from us in the amount of $7440.99, or issue the remaining 3 tickets.

      I am rejecting this response because: I contacted them directly and they gave me the same response on March 8, as shown by the attachment. They keep telling us that we will hear back from them and to give them time.  We paid the tickets in full 3 weeks ago.  It should not take this long to issue our tickets.

      As provided when I filed the complaint, there were 6 separate transactions made by the vendor in the amount of $7440.99. They only refunded one of the 6 transactions in the amount of $2236.99. What about the remaining transactions? I'm deeply frustrated seeing that this vendor is getting away with these fraudulent charges while no one is taking action to stop them.  This can only lead to them scamming more people in the future.

      April 17th 2022 , Booked flights for three me and two grandchildren ages 16 & 8 .Approximately in June 2022 . I was due to fly out . However, I had to cancel the flight due to a medical disability May 23rd , 2022 Spoke with ***** , A **************** Rep. at ************************ (See attachment for further information ) I stated that I had to cancel my flight due to a medical disability . He stated " There would be a fee of $450.00 and I had credit for $1,157.17 to be used by December 31st 2023 ". Which was charged to my Mastercard which was used for the original booking of flight.October 24th , 2023 , Called ***** back at the number that was provided in the attachment , The number dialed is no longer in existence. Next , I called the website number and spoke to another customer service rep at ************************ , I informed her of the situation and she replied that " I would receive an e-mail for booking number ************ ". Never received a response.November 8th 2023 , Spoke with another customer service rep at ************************ . She referred me to Alaska Airlines **************** ************** . ******* for Alaska Airlines stated that " The Ticket Expired June 13th, 2022 " . also she stated that " That Alaska Airlines Never Charges Their Customers for extending tickets , However they give a one year credit on your ticket ". During our conversation she quickly stated " This is a third-party ticket and we have had a multitude of customers complain about these third party bookings she also stated that she wished she could furthermore help me and suggested that I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) ".The Document stated that the ticket was valid until December 31st , 2023 . However I found out the ticket was no longer good and it expired June 13th, 2022 .To Whom ever it may concern , I would appreciate your help in helping me get my refund back for I am disabled and on a fixed income.       On 3 August 2023, went online to find number for American Airlines in order to make reservation for an unaccompanied minor (requires call vs online booking). A banner appeared across the ******** site stating that the site was down and calls were being taken at the following number. In my hurry - and given that ******** has long wait times/call back times - I called. This was certainly my mistake, but the person who answered said, "American Airlines". I mistakenly went along with the booking through what I thought was American, including responding to an email sent with a return address of "American Airlines". When talking with the representative to finalize the flight, I realized what was happening, and asked if I was speaking with American Airlines. He said, "We are an affiliate of American Airlines, calls get routed to us when there is high call volume." After a series of lies such as this, I said I wanted to cancel the reservation. The person tried again to explain to me that this was really an authorized affiliate of American Airlines. The more he spoke, the more clear it was that I had been fooled. I asked for a supervisor, who similarly told me this was an American Airlines affiliate. I requested a refund, and the person was not kind. I pushed, and was told American Airlines would refund me. I asked, :If you are an American Airlines affiliate, why are you not able to refund." He said it would be refunded, and he ended the call by telling me, "I will refund, and I will make sure you never fly American Airlines." I thanked him for that, and the call needed. Contacted my bank, made a report. Cancelled card with which I paid. Now contacting you all, so others are not tricked by this. Impersonating a company, I believe, is illegal.

      Customer's call was received to book flight which we did. A email was sent from our registered email ID for approval which was approved by customer. It was clearly mentioned that it is from our travel agency. Further we received email to cancel the ticket which we cancelled as per cancellation policy. We are hopeful that refund is already received.

      As per the airlines policy the credit is valid for only 1 year from ticket booked date. If the passenger is not able to travel within the given timeframe, the credit amount is null & void. This is as per the Air Transat Policy.

      On 04/21/2022 We booked two rental cars for one week in the amount of $2366.40 for our trip starting November 26, 2022. I spoke with were ***** and *****. Few weeks later our our plan changed and we asked SkyFlightCeap,LLC for refund and cancellation. At first the refused any refund. After long discussions with the floor manager ********************* we reached an agreement that they will refund $700.00 back to my credit card (the method we used for purchase) And will give us $586.00 credit toward future airline ticket or car rental. We have never received the $700.00 and on October 21 I call ********************* and booked a ticket from ****** to ********** for $963.80 used the $586.00 credit and paid $377.80 the difference. ********************* sent me the itinerary for Delta Airline flight on November 14, 2022. I traveled from the Navy Base in ************** to *********** ** for the last evening flight. I approached ***** counter they said your name and the itinerary details are correct but the ticket was never paid for. unbelievable, I called the them spoke with *****. ********************* was not available. ***** said the credit that ********************* did not clear so purchase didn't go through. I asked why was I not informed? he said no clue. He said there is nothing can be done about it tonight call us back tomorrow. Since I had only few days holiday I wanted to go home. I asked Delta if I could pay for the ticket now and deal with them later, they said the seat is sold. Since this was the last flight of the day from the airport nothing else with any airline was available. I purchased new ticket for the morning flight from the counter. I had to get a hotel room and spend the night in ************ ******* that cost me more money, time, and headache. After few days I received $377.80 which was the difference for the ticket ********************* booked but never paid to the airline. I have never received anything from that $2366.40 we paid when call ********************* and others I spoke to are not available. Regards

      Passenger called on 04/21/22 to book car rental and then called on 10/06/22 to cancel the car reservation, we said that its non-refundable, but as a goodwill gesture we will give credit of 586$.Pax came to use credit to book the flight but the flight was not confirmed by delta airlines, it was under pending. we tried to contact passenger for alternate options, but no response from passenger. We called even after flight, but no response from passenger.
      Passenger still have a credit with us which he can use for future travel requirements.

      At no time there was mention of nonrefundabl, we had long conversation on choosing the cars and prices, nonrefundable was not metioned at all at any time. We could not find any of their document or brochure saying anything about their policy on nonreundabl. We need written proof of their policy or if they have any recording of our conversation mentioning nonrefundabl. If they are sure of their nonrefudable policy why would they agree to refund $700.00 and give us $586.00 in future credit. What kind of figuir is that. It is not in goodwill gesture as they claim. It was after we mentioned the use of other legal sources.
      They have my email and cellphone number. At no time they tried to contact me. These are the only contact sources I provided to them. The only one source of contact I have with them is this telephone number: ************ and I have no misscal, message, or voice message from that number. One other number that came with the itinerary for Delta is ********************* ********************* and I have not received any call, misscal, message, or viovemail from it either. I have received one email from them that was the itinerary for Delta flight on 14 December 2022. Other than that I received no other email or contact at all. they are saying they tried to contact me after the fligth which had been useless even if they did since I purchased another ticket lost a day of my leave, rented hotelroom costing me more money and time. Still no proof of this contact either. They could have left a voicemail, or sending me message, or email.They need to provide dated proof of thier contacts claim.
      They initially agreed to refund $700.00 and $586 for future credit. That was not in goodwill jesture, as I mentioned above also, after many back and forth and finally I mentioned using legal sources to recover our money they agreed to tefund $700.00 to the credit card and $586.00 as future credit. We have ont receive the $700.00 yet.In their response no mention of the $700.00 what happaned to that. To us this is a sign of deception.

      If they are unable to provide acceptable proof and documents regarding nonrefundable and their claim of contacting me we would like our full refund of ******* back to my creditcard the original method of the payment.What happened with the credit they give the first time I will be very hesitant to accept credit from them. This entire thing not only cost us money, time, and headaches, we consider it abuse and taking advantage of consumers.
      In the past everytime I called them and asked for their address they will not give it. The only thing they were telling me that they are oporating from ********. I had to search online for their addres.
      We already sent the one document we have regarding that Delta flight itinerary. Should you need further details on any part of this issue please le us know.

      I respectfully disagree with the higligted non-refundable documents presented as there own. These documents are from Delta Airline not from SkyFlight cheap. I am unable to locate any document or evedence from ***************. Therefore, unless SkyFlight can present evidence and documents regarding non-refundable whether they mentioned to us verbally or showed in print, we would like them to refund the remaning amount of ******* to our original source ***** Card).
      The amount of $700.00 was refunde to my **** card on February 14 2023 after ********************** contacted ***************.
      The issue regarding purchasing ticket from Delta Airline. SkyFlight claimed (but the flight was not confirmed by delta airlines, it was under pending.) This claim is not true. Delta Airline dosn't have such policy, where they have to make consumer wait for confimation of reservation once they display the avaieabilty of a flight. They have no policy for under-pending in the part of consumer. Meaning there is no pending period from the Airline. Once the availeabilty of a flight is confirmed and diplayed it is up to comsumer to purchase the ticket either instantly or in 24 hours or in some cases 48 hours. In my case clearly SkyFligth Cheap did not paid for the ticket and purchased it. SkyFlight claim of tryied to contact me is not true for the following reasons:
      1- *************** kew they did not purchased the ticket. They had nothing to tell me so they didn't try to contact me.
      2- *************** said they tried to call me after the flight date. This is also not true because it would have been usless.
      3- *************** have my cell phone number and my email address. Except for one email I received from ********************* sending me the itinerary for the flight from Delta Airline. other than this I have not receive any phone call or

      Hi, Based on pravious intervention by BBB ID number ******************************* agreed to refund $700.00 to my **** card and give $586 in future credit. That was around half of what we were charged by SkyFlightCheap, LLC. We agreed with the settlment. On 02/14/2023 SkyFlightCheao, LLc refunded $700.00 to my **** card and said we have $586 credit for future use. On 04/08/2023 I called SkyFlightCheap, LLc to book a flight from ************ ******* to San ******** **********. They booked the flight used the credit. The total was $784.90 and they charged me ****** the difference.. When I recieved the confirmation from American Airline the next day I checked my **** card charges I saw that they charged me $****** and in a separate transaction on the same date 04/08/2023 they charged my **** card $585,91. When I called them as usual after long wait and disussion they admitted they charged me that amount and indicated it was a mistake. I asked them to Please fix it immadiately or I will have to take further legal step. Few hours later a gentlman by the name of ******* called me and intruduced himself as a supersisor. **************** said we will refund the money but if we do it now the ticket will be cancelled. He suggested for me to go on the trip and when you return **** on 06/16/2023, the next day they we will refund the money. When I returned waited a week no refund was made. I called SkyFlightCheap, LLC many times went in cirlce, wasted many hours with no resolve. Finally I spoke to a lady by the name ******. After we went over everything she promised that she will solve this issue, she needed 24 hours and she will call me back. She give me this phone number: ********** extention ****. I never received a call back from her. I call the number several times left messages no return call. I tried to get hold of ****************** but he is never available. At this time I have no other alternative but to ask you for help as you did in the past. It is certaily apprecited.

      I thought I was phoning SwissAir and instead it was a third party cheap flights type of service. I already had a flight booked with SwissAir and wanted to change the reservation. I understood that what I paid for my original flight wasn't going to be refunded. I just needed to make a new reservation. This was at the 11th hour just hours before I left for a European vacation, although the new airline tickets I was trying to obtain were for several days in the future. I received an email confirmation from Ronald with this company I thought was Swiss Air, that confirmed I had a new flight for two passengers on Saturday October 1. He also gave me the original confirmation code I had for the flight I was not going to take. I asked him about that as it didn't make sense, I expected a new confirmation code. He had a thick non-American accent and I couldn't understand much of what he said anyway. On October 1 My sister and I arrived in Brussels at the airport and went to the Swiss Air desk. We were told we didn't have confirmed reservations on the flight to Zurich, but that the confirmation code applied to the original flight on October 2 from Brussels to Geneva! So after all of that, Ronald hadn't even done squat. I saw where I was charged $269.31 for the service of "changing my flights." However that was refunded to my credit card. I have no idea how this company is allowed to operate! It's a scam as far as it relates to how my issue was handled.

But it is still a SCAM nonetheless. There I was thinking I was speaking directly with SwissAir. No where did I see SkyFlightCheap or whatever the company's name is. Its representative with a thick Indian accent was not easily understood throughout the entire phone call which, with waiting, lasted nearly an hour. So I get to Europe thinking I have something I do not. It was stressful and disconcerting. Business like this should not be allowed to operate in this manner with I believe is deceptive and bait and switch. I know nothing is going to be done about it and I accept that. I NEVER BOOK TRAVEL WITH THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS. I ALWAYS BOOK DIRECT BECAUSE IT IS EASIER TO DEAL WITH WHEN SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. You can close the file on this. Nothing more to be done, Yes they did refund the money...but the $279 charge they were levying on me was for CANCELLING a reservation I already knew was non-refundable. I could have cancelled it myself for nothing and made the new reservation which was what I was trying to do. And I shared my credit card information thinking that Roger has made my new reservations which he confirmed he did. This is unbelievable that companies like this cannot be stopped from duping and confusing people.

      The representative deceitfully pretended to be a representative for Delta Airlines and fraudulently sold me a plane ticket for another airline (JetBlue). They did not have a record of the transaction at the kiosk. Their customer service number does not work. They have not refunded me. I also believe they are using my credit card for further fraudulent charges as I've had to cancel my credit card because of an additional fraudulent airline charge.

The refund was issued as a fraud protection from American Express and not the business. I had to get a new credit card because of a secondary charge to another airline. Every time I emailed them I would get a generic response and their phone number doesn't work. This is a predatory company and needs to be investigated and shut down. A complaint has also been placed with the Office of the attorney general in Texas.

      Turkish Airways cancelled one of my flights so I called their customer service telephone number to book a new flight. The person that I spoke with told me that I owed $749.20. I argued that airlines do not charge for involuntary flight changes. She insisted that the amount of need to make the change. As I had to arrive on a certain date, I agreed to the charge and felt I could ask for a refund later. The itinerary she quoted me would mean over a 24 hour layover. She also proposed a flight to Doha rather than Istanbul. It seemed strange as I am sure Turkish only has flights to Doha via Istanbul. When I received my new eticket, it showed the cost was the same as my original ticket. Turkish has no record for the charge. I noticed that the online details for the credit charge had a phone number. I googled the number and found this BBB listing for SkyFlightCheap. I have put complaints in with Turkish Airlines and my credit card company so I am waiting for a resolution.

      On 4/25/22 I had to cancel a flight. I looked up United Airline number online and called (later found out it wasn't the airline but these middlemen). I spoke to Moises he told me flight was not refundable but they can charge me $35 and give me flight credit of $146. As soon as I said Ok he said ok we will charge you $49. I said but you just said $35 he said no you misunderstood. ( he had an accent so I thought maybe I misheard). I agreed to the charge. He told me I would get a travel credit my email in 72 hours. I didn't receive it so I called back on 5/6. This time a woman answered and said don't worry you have a $135. Now I Knew I was dealing with scammers. They had changed their word again. I told them I did not want to deal with them and want my $49 refunded. I spoke to Moises who said I will get my credit in 72 hours. It's been 14 days and no credit is issued. This scam needs to be shut down.

      On May 18th I had to cancel a Southwest flight for medical reasons. I Googled "Southwest" and didn't realize that this site came up before the official Southwest site. They led me to believe that they were Southwest Airlines. Southwest does not charge to cancel flights (I found out later) but I was charged $300. I'm new to buying tickets so I gave them my card number. They immediately charged me. I was deceived.
