This is a scam operation out of India. They post their phone number on the internet as the customer service number for various airlines. When you call them, they give you the impression that they are in fact customer service reps for the airline you are trying to contact. I was calling to cancel a flight scheduled for this summer because I have to have a heart procedure performed and my cardiologist advised me to wait until next year to take the trip. The Sky Flight scammer falsely told me that the airline charges $250 per ticket to cancel (actually the airline does not charge for cancellations and gives you an e-credit for a future flight). The scammer then pressured me by telling me the airline would increase the cancellation charge the closer I got to the flight date (also false). These people are very adept at what they do and I suspect they have scammed a lot of people, especially seniors and people whose English is not so good. It's a shame there is no way to shut down scamming operations like this.Review from Christian B

These guys do not tell the truth This company provided no service and represented themselves as Southwest Airlines. Thought I was dialing the Southwest's Rapid reward phone number and transposed 1 number. The agent, who represented himself as a Southwest employee lied and said there were not any "Wanna get away flights available", but in fact did book the tickets under that fare. He also lied and said there would be an additional charges to make up for the increase in airfare, $600.10. To add insult to injury the company sent 2 tickets under the same name with different middle initials. I tried to get this resolved over the phone but was put on hold for 20 minutes. The employee stated since I responded to an email agreement, " I agreed", I was out of luck, but what I agreed to was, one ticket under my name, and another my wife. I never received any service but they still charges my credit card $600.10, under something called "other services". Currently disputing with my credit card company as I never received any service and ended up booking an accurate flight directly with southwest. Run from these guys as they are not reputable.Review from Joanne T

Made flight reservations for 3 people and was overcharged by $552. Filed a dispute with credit card company. Was told by Sky Fly, namely ******* that I would be credited once the dispute was cancelled which I did. Was told reimbursement would happen within a day. Two weeks later no credit has been issued. Contacted them again today and was told to stop calling them.Review from Pam M

They are a scam. I called the Alaska Airline Hotline. They pretended to be Alaska Airline and told me I could not get my flight information because I owed $250 more. I sadly paid it. But not feeling right about I called the real Alaska Airlines contact number and found out I had been scammed. Do not have anything to do with them.
