      Disputing a 107.$ cha ge from Go Assist. On 3 Nov 21 paid $200 to have Dx on frig & 2 dishwashers w/ **********. They later told me 8 Nov 21what was wrong over the phone, what parts I needed. I called Go Assist to order the two parts. They told me they do not just sell parts but install them. They told me their fee for coming out is $99 but it goes toward the repair. Made an appointment for 15 Nov 21. I called them on 12 Nov 21 Fri to confirm that they had the parts (we have a lot of parts he said). Told him to take down my frig model number to make sure that when he got here, he would just install the parts. Go Assist wants to do another Dx & then tells me the parts I needed (the ones I told him to make sure they had) he "just used on another frig the other day." That if I want to order the parts it will cost for the parts as well as another labor fee. For the price these guys want to milk me for I could buy another used frig! That's why I'm disputing the charge of $107 for wasting my time & money!

I work as a sub contract employee of ***** *********. The owners name is *****. I (Jerry from *********) receives daily dispatches from ***** *********. ***** ********* sets all diagnostic prices before I go out. The customer (******) agreed to these prices before I was ever dispatched. If you have an issue with the price that is something that should have been stated before the Service even began. Again this is something the Customer knew before I was even dispatched. I ran the job and adequately provided diagnostic service on all 3 *********s. I will not be making any price adjustments for any service I provided as I did not receive even the amount (******) is asking for. As far as go assist I'm still confused about who they are or what they do? I have never dealt with them or even know who they are? I can provide a detailed receipt of the information provided. On a side note we also under charged for this job because this was in a Comercial setting which was not conveyed to us.We would normally charge more for a Comercial setting. However since this was a church I did not press the issue.
