    This business completely misrepresented itself and is a complete insurance scam. On 7/23/24, I reached out to get set-up with a healthcare plan through what appeared to be affiliated with the New ***************** for health insurance. The individual, named ****, told me I was getting set-up with Aetna Silver. I paid $346.00 for this service when, in fact, I did not receive the health insurance that was promised to me. The fraudulent company is Amemberbill.com and I reached out to them multiple times. They hung up on me the first two times when I asked about immediately canceling this service and wanting a full refund since this was completely misrepresented. I tried to explain what I was promised (************) versus what was received and they would not listen to what I was saying. The service was advertised as Aetna Silver and I received emails from TVP and Allstate, which was never disclosed to me on the phone when I first called to set-up health insurance. Additionally, the individuals I spoke to would not allow me to cancel. I finally got transferred to "upper management" and she told me that she could not send an email verifying the cancelation request. This company is a complete scam and I need a full refund of $346.00 with a full cancelation.

    This company is a SCAM. An AWA agent called my daughter July 17, 2024, a few minutes after she applied for an appointment to get health insurance through Covered **********. My daughter was fooled by the AWA agent into signing up for a comprehensive health plan that covered vision and dental also. She gave the agent her bank account number - all the while thinking she was signing up for healthcare through Covered California - which made her more trusting than she should have been. An hour later when she realized she had been scammed she called to cancel and the agent told her she would have to wait 72 hours - to call back Monday. She also contacted her bank to prevent the company from taking money from her account.

We are unaffiliated with Covered **********. We are not an insurance company, and we are not the insurance agency that sold this to you. Your insurance agency of record is ****************** Advisors LLC. We are not the same company and we do not employ insurance agents. We have contacted our third-party billing administrator (TPA) to inquire further about your account. Of the 4 products on your account, only your *************** is a part of our association benefits. This product is underwritten by United Concordia but does not provide major medical insurance benefits. We apologize for any confusion. Our TPA confirmed your cancellation and has issued you a refund. Please check your email for the confirmation and allow time for those refunds to process with your bank. We are very sorry this was an unsatisfying experience and hope that you will find something that is better suited for your insurance needs.
