They quoted me $1400 to fix my power steering system and leak. I paid the $1400, and on the receipt, they said that they guaranteed their work for 2 years or 24,000 miles. Within 1 day of them fixing it, the power steering problem was back and my car was leaking and I couldn't turn my steering wheel very well. I returned to the store and they said that when they fixed the power steering it caused the rack and pinion system to go out and it would cost another $1000 to fix. I asked them about their guarantee and they refused to acknowledge their guarantee or warranty, even though they admitted the rack and pinion was damaged by their initial repairs.
