Based on prior reviews and personal references, I chose Passport Motors with the expectations of a luxury car buying experience. I went from buying a like new car to its a used car, in the words of the saleswoman, ******. The car was transported from Passport Motors to ***********, **. This car purchase is not my first luxury and/or out-of-state experience, but the worst. When the car arrived, I immediately called sales associate ****** as the car was coming off the truck to let her know the car's condition did not look like the pictures. The car had several scratches, a chipped windshield, and severe front-end damage (the car wasnt appropriately connected when transporting the transporter was also rude and rough with the car), amounting to over $3,000 in repairs (theres an estimate from ***** In addition, I had to replace the rim and tire upon arrival. It was delivered filthy dirty (didnt even bother to vacuum the interior). I asked to speak to the General Manager about this issue multiple times. ****** refused to provide direct contact and returned no voice messages or calls. I have contacted ****** and the ********************** via phone and email several times to try and resolve this issue. No one will respond and/or take responsibility. Honorable mention, she is not responsive or timely -- blamed the delayed delivery on my finance manager at the ************ when it took her two weeks to sign the paperwork. Therefore, I am responsible for a considerable repair bill I did not anticipate when purchasing a luxury vehicle from a notable dealership. I paid a fee for an inspection, but its obvious it wasnt performed. More things are falling apart with the car, piece by piece. Since then, the glove box has broken and replaced twice, one of the internal speakers is loose, and the under car shield was removed. Without notice, the car arrived with one key. My only requests to Passport Motors are an apology for my experience and all repairs made to the vehicle.

A WARNING CONCERNING ******** ****** ** *****,TX I recently bought a BMW from them...they buy off lease BMWs directly from BMW and then resell them to the public. I'm an out of state buyer who asked multiple times for pictures/documentation of any blemishes to the vehicles. I was assured that there wasn't any. When the vehicle arrived there was multiple blemishes and a significant scuff on the passenger side. At first they tried to blame the delivery company but they had documentation of the damage at pick up. Damage total is just under $4,000. While they admit that they should have disclosed the damage they refuse to do anything to make it right. The manager is hiding and won't even call me back to discuss the problem. This company is unethical.

I took my car to the business for service. I received a text that the problem had been identified and that they would proceed to fix the issue for $1738.00. I went to pick up the vehicle and was offered to pay when I returned to town (had to leave for a family emergency). I paid before leaving but thought the gesture was "different". I get on the road with the car and the same issue I took it in for, happened. I turned the car off to refuel, and it would not start. I called and texted the mechanic and he was "baffled". I was stranded for over 12 hours, missed my mothers open heart surgery and he told me to bring it back so they could make it right. My travel was over 2000 miles and once I returned it to the shop, he wanted to charge me an additional $700. After calling around to other Mercedes authorized repair shops, as well as Mercedes dealerships, I was told that what he originally repaired WAS NOT going to fix the issue of the car randomly not starting. They told me that sadly, I had been taken advantage of and that I still would need to get the steering lock replaced. I am out of $1738 for repair, $220 for gas to return the car to the shop ( I was not bringing the car back. I was driving it home and flying back).

I went to Passport Motors for a tune up which was done and then a month later the check engine light came back on and the car started to have the same problems as before but now it had a strong gas odor. So I took it back and they said that the 3 other injectors needed to be replaced and that was it and they had put it in the recommendation box on the last invoice that they gave me and provided me with a quote for it. So I took it to BMW and had them check it out the following day and it was totally something different, it wasn't the other three injectors that needed to be replaced but it was the fuel rail and it was cracked mysteriously and the injector that was replaced by Passport Motors was installed incorrectly with a missing piece. So I had BMW fix the rail and they documented everything in there invoice to explain to Passport Motors the injector problem and provided pictures of the problem, so when I brought the car back to Passport Motors to replace the injector because it was still under warranty they came with another problem before even fixing the problem at hand and they're saying that it is a valve problem and that the whole engine needs to be replaced. Now this is after they've looked at it twice and did a tuneup now all of sudden the whole motor is bad this was the worst experience I've ever had dealing with them.

09/24/2021 Wired funds to ************************** DBA: ******************************************************* PLANO, TX 75023 ACCOUNT #: ********************************** For a 2016 ******** with approx 47,000 miles on the odometer. Pictures were made available on the passport.com website that highlighted the features, condition and price. 09/27/2021 Received vehicle delivery 09/28/2021 Made an assessment of the condition of the vehicle. Noticed a strip of rubber that did not belong. It seemed to be covering a defect. The defect is the dashboard material has shrunk due to heat and has pulled away from the windshield. Additionally, none of the car options highlighted in the web advertisements are functional. I believe it was unjust that the dealer did not advise me of the true condition of the vehicle. I would not have made the purchase had I received full and fair information. My vehicle is currently going through mechanical diagnostics to gather more details.
