      On 1/24 I went to this location *********************************, Plano ** to have my car battery replacement, **** the assistant mgr informed me the price off $264 to replace it and I agreed to it, he came in to the lobby of the shop pick up a new battery and set it on the ground by my car, after 45 minutes later I asked **** why was taking to long because I was running late for my dr ************ **** told me that he was waiting for the Battery to come from another store, I was standing the whole time facing the door and the door for the shopping, 5 minutes later I Saw ******************* my car hood, he went to the computer in the shop entered some info and came to. The lobby of the store, and proceeded to charger me , I asked If the battery that he installed in my car was the battery that I was paying for, he said yes, and then I told him that I was standing by the door and did not see anybody delivering a new battery, he said that he went to the back to the shop to pick up the battery because the guy delivered in the back , I was on hurry for my next ************ paid for the service and got e receipt only saying battery, no description of the battery and the amount of $264. Left the shop, went to a business trip, came back on Monday and asked my girlfriend to call the same shop and ask for the price of the battery that **** installed in my car, and he gave the quote of $224, for the same battery!!!! I called the shop and asked to talk to the mgr, **** came to the phone, told him the he charge for one product and installed another product in my car, he told me to stop by that he would swap the battery. Left work we to to Kwik kar and he was outside came in my direction we change couple word and I told him that he lied to me and I didnt want to talk to him anymore, called the store Mgr ***, ***** Manager ever, knew that hes assistant manger had lied, shady, shady business the are doing in there, and still denied the situation. Asked for refund for the difference from the battery and he said would be not a refund, asked for corporate number and he gave me his store number. I went home did I ****** review of the store and suddenly the review is not there anymore, proving that Mr *** and **** a dishonest guys ever. What happened to my revie, some one delete it! So I just need help to talk to someone in the to make this situation right!

      On November 19, 2022, I received an oil change and state inspection. On December 1st, my car quit working. It was towed to a mechanic and the mechanic stated and oil dropped to my motor destroying my car. Kwik Kar did send someone to look at the pictures but they refuse to take ownership.

      Unfortunately that business was sold to "*********************" back in May of 2022. The customer will need to contact them directly in order to discuss service with them.

      Got an oil change july 28th. A day later my wife heard a weird noise on the highway but we couldn't figure out what it was. She thought it was tire problems. Ntta came out to help her and they just examined the tires, filled the tires with air and she was able to get home. Sunday July 31st I find the bottom protection of my car hanging and in pieces because I hear the same noise and got under my car. This is the bottom part of my car they have to take off in order to get to the oil plug. They didn't out it on properly we had the same thing happen with the kwik kar in anna Texas off of white street. We thought it was a one off. I'm concerned there aren't proper training standards for these franchises. This doesn't "just happen." Cars are not cheap and not cheap to repair.

      On sept. 15 th , 2021, I took my car to kwik kar in plano Texas on Custer road. They put a fuel pump on my car with a miss diagnosis and cha***d me 1430.00$. The GM , Steve Bi*** , told the employees to lie to me about the problem. The manager text me and said they owed me a refund and it was poor communication . I've spoken with Steve Bi*** , the GM , and he refuses a refund to me. I have text message proof that they scammed me , from the manager. All I want is a refund !

      I spoke with a manager on July 10, 20021 at the Kwik Kar location on Skillman St. My BMW had braking issues. My coolant reservoir was leaking, and I had an oil leak. The manager quoted me a price of $1,300.00 to fix these issues. He asked me to leave a deposit. I paid him $400.00 that day to start working on my truck. He told me there were some customers ahead of me, but my truck should be ready in a week. I contacted their shop on or about the 17th of July to see if my BMW was fixed. It wasn't ready. On the 23rd of July I was called to come and pick up my vehicle. I asked the manager about the repairs the did. He assured me that all repairs had been made. I paid $ 918.00 to them that day. I checked the invoice to see what work had been done by them on my BMW. On the 23rd I asked the manager why I was charged $1,300.00 for $900.00 worth of work. They over charged me $400.00. I have been trying to resolve the problem with this company. They just giving me excuses and no resolutions.

Im aware that this company is a franchised owned business. Not good for the consumer who's unaware of this information before doing business with such owned companies. I want this owner contacted and made aware of this complaint. That way, I'll have documentation to present to the judge at my court hearing. I am still requesting a refund in the amount asked for in my original complaint.
