      Be advised when dealing with this business, keep re**rds of each and every **nversation/interaction. This man will **nveniently forget what he said to you, lol! Never deal with businesses that lie! If you will lie, you will steal and cheat! Half, if not all, of the services the insurance **mpany was charged and paid this **mpany for were not done!!! Engine was over-filled with oil on purpose! Yes we found out!! *** is kind, and **urteous until you question him about the prices/charges, or something he stated, and that he claims to have no knowledge of saying! Then this man, and I use that term lightly, will be**me very loud, and disrespectful! It's obvious he doesn't care for women of **lor at all! I've seen the other **mments about this as well! Of **urse, we ARE ALL WRONG!!!! I have gone as far as The Attorney General of Texas, and I am still following up with the BBB(check their reviews on that platform, which they are not accredited with), the insurance **mpany, and Caliber Auto, who did the initial inspection! They told me all I needed to know!! The insurance **mpany sent this man, $2700, and you will see the before and after pics below. He returned the car while I was at work and didn't do any body work!! The mechanical work he says he did is questionable. He became obviously upset when I ask him for a receipt of all charges and what mechanical work he did! He didn't provide any documentation, and told me he didn't have to. He told me he only had to send it to the insurance **mpany. But, why wouldn't you want to provide your customers with paperwork/receipts after **mpletion of work!! That's "shady business" to say the least! He even threatened to put a mechanical lien on my car, after I told him I was **ntacting the insurance **mpany! As I stated earlier, the car was inspected previously before he picked it up by Caliber Auto. He sent my ins ** a supplement to get extra money for work he didnt do without my knowledge. The check was sent to the body shop. SCAM

      Went there to get my radiator fixed for a 1500 Dodge Ram truck 2016 year the guy quoted me $650 to fix it. Then he called and said he removed the air conditioner compressor to install the radiator so he drained the Freon in it to put **************** in they did not have the correct machine to put Freon in the air conditioner in so now I have to pay an extra $500 to go to an auto shop to put the Freon in. The man knew it would be a lot of money to put this Freon in and would not discount the original quote which should have been done. I want a refund or partial refund

      8/7/23 contacted *** for a new battery. Technician arrived, parked behind my car, left his truck door, open while still in drive, the door, damaged my tail light and bumper. I was assured that the *** contractor, Domar automotive, *************************** would repair at no cost to myself, Which they did. Left my car in their hands on 8/11/23. 8/22/23 I had no choice, but to rent a car as my car was still in their hands, once again, I was told by the proprietor that this cost would not be on me. 8/29/23 my car was finally ready to be picked up. My car was fixed, and I was very grateful. **** asked that I email him the invoice for the car rental, of which I had paid $295.20, I obliged, one week past, then two weeks past, I reached out once again, today is the third of October, and I have yet to be reimbursed. I did not ask for any of this, I contacted *** because I needed assistance, in-turn, my car was damaged, It was in their shop for almost a month, and I paid out of pocket almost $300 for a rental car. To say that I am beyond disappointed would be laughable, especially as the past two times *** contacted *** in need of assistance, both times over a three hour wait. I am disgruntled with ***s contractor Domar automotive, as well as *** themselves. If those you entrust your customers care with are not taking care of them, you are doing a disservice to your company as well as people who pay for your services.Im reaching out to the Better Business Bureau in hopes of some resolution, my next step will, of course, be corporate ***. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

      In early October, my son took my truck, which he had been driving, to Domar Automotive in Plano, Tx. He took it in for the reasons that the power steering was not working well, and there was an oil leak, causing the guage to reflect that it was out of oil. Domar charged us approximately $1700. While the power steering was fixed, the oil leak was allowed to remain. Within two weeks, my son had to take the car back. Now, Domar claims that the truck needs engine work which they do not do. Had they fixed or diagnosed the problem in the first place this would not be happening. Furthermore, for 3 days the shop manager would not call me back to discuss the situation, nor will he provide me with a copy of the invoice for the prior work. They are not accepting any responsibility for the failure to do the requested work, which thereafter caused additional damage.

      On September 11th i called AAA for a towing service it was dispatched out to Domar Automotive the arrived at my residence about 1:30 pm i di not have a problem with the tow in itself however i did have a problem with the charges for the towing from my home to the shop which was exactly 11 miles from my home according to the route they should have taken and me doing my homework on the estimated cost it should have been AAA paid for 7 miles of the tow according to my contract policy with them the additional miles i was to pay for out of pocket expenses which would have amounted to thirty two dollars for the additional miles the no problem there here's the problem the dispatched driver of the tow choose the take another route to get to the shop racking up an additional 8 miles to incur the additional cost to me they were to automatically send me a email receipt of which i never got i am seeking a refund for the additional 8 miles at the rate of $8.00 dollars a mile i've called several times to get the receipt to be told they would resend which they have not sent to this day then to day told they could resend the receipt.
