I ordered a cake from Millstone Bakery on 7/29/2021. The cake was to be decorated per our discussion and the specifics were recorded on the order form. My card was charged in the amount of $58.70 and was to be ready for pickup on 8/6/2021. The cake was picked up on 8/6/2021 and when I opened up the box it was completely unfinished. It was a blank cake that was not even ready to be sold. I promptly called the bakery and spoke to the owner, he admitted that it was unfinished and the worker handed it over anyway. There was no time to go back to the bakery and the owner stated he would give me a full refund. On Monday 8/9/2021 I called the bakery to see what the next steps were to obtain the refund were and i left a message with a worker. About a week went by and no one called me back. Since that date I have called 3 more times and left messages with workers and they said "it would be taken care of". It is now about 2 months later and I still have not received a refund.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 18, 2022/01/06) */ The customer was refunded. It took quite some effort to find the actual payment record, and this was delayed with the very busy last few months.
