Stay away with Jason R*** and Lucas R***, Big time scammers. My experience is too bad.
Jason R*** and Lucas R*** began work initially back in September 2021, we gave him the contract and he initially wanted a 50,000 deposit to start the work. However we agreed to breakup the deposit payments into 2 payments. He said both deposit payments largely go towards buying big ticket items because due to covid supply chain is backed up and can take long for items to come in. During this time I gave him another 25k check where he promised to do the Flooring and HVAC. Bringing the total to 75,000. However early October the Project has to come to a halt due to Jason never got the permits from the city and started covering the windows and started the work without city noticing. We went to city and applied for the permits ourselves and got partial approval from the city. Not Jason R*** started work on 11/19/2021. When we made daily visits and each day only minor work was being done. Majority of the time it was only Him, his son Lucas R*** and his brother in law working. However after few weeks of killing time and nothing was done, he came back to us with 45k labor and asked for more money. In the excel he mentioned 5 -7 resources everyday which was a lie. BTW he lied us every time he can. As the days continued he was falling way behind on the deliverables as promised. He was changing the stories each day as to way he was falling behind, and that items were ordered and was waiting on them to arrive. The week of 12/6 - 12/12 when we discussed with him again. why he is falling behind and yet again he said, he is waiting on materials and once they come in he can go full force. We asked him how much is left from the tenant 50K deposit. and stated that he is good on money and that it is barley used. However on 12/12 he messaged everyone calling for a emergency meeting and Jason R*** on 12/13 when stated that in-fact he lied to us, and that he was out of money and proceeded to provide us with doctored excel sheets that he types up with no proof and any sort. We went back and forth and told him we would get back to him. we met him again on Friday 12/17 and based on the work he committed but never completed any and we got stuck with him, we gave him another chance which he took advantage. we gave him another 20K which total's to 95K so he can finish the plumbing and electric work. that was the last day and he took the 20k and ran away. never responded to the calls, text. we waited for 4 days and ultimately which resulted in us wanting to terminate him. So I told him not enter into the property until he talk to us. But he break into the building next day and his stuff and our stuff. So we have to report a trespassing charges. Jason R*** and Lucas R*** scammed us with 95k and did about 20k work at the max. He need to give us back 70k. Sorry I've put 1 star to submit. He has mutliple LLC's like R*** constructions, painting company and the one he used on us is Integrate Construction LLC.
