      I contacted AB ************** for a move from one apartment to another for the date of 11-24-23. They also offered cleaning services through My Maid Day cleaning. The cost was $85/hr with a minimum of 2 1/2 hours. I requested 2 cleaners and listed particular areas that I needed to be cleaned. They scheduled the cleaning and the movers for the same time which meant that I would not be able to be in both places at the same time. I let the cleaners into the apartment and pointed out the areas I needed cleaned. I then went to let the movers into the other apartment to pack the moving van. After the 2 1/2 hours I received a text letting me know the cleaners were finished. When the movers and I made it to the new (empty) apartment, I pointed out the areas to the movers that were not cleaned and was told to submit a claim. The amount that I paid after taxes and fees was about $80 more than I was told. I submit a claim with pictures and it was denied and closed because I was told that the cleaners did not have time to finish cleaning the empty apartment. They did not request additional time. I resubmit for the claim to be opened along with text messages between myself and the guy that was the spokesperson for the 2 cleaners. I was then offered $46 for 30 minutes. I was not given an explanation of how $46 was determined. I declined the offer because I paid more in taxes and fees than $46 and I had to clean the areas of interest in the apartment myself. I am now requesting a full refund and I will allow them to keep the $25 traveler fee.

      I am rejecting this response because:   I was offered $46 refund for incomplete work. I paid $262 and not even the basic services were completed. I was lied to and told there wasnt enough time to complete all services. I paid $25 for the breakfast and utensils I bought the ladies, which was a gift.

      I paid for 2.5 hours for cleaning for a new move in and was very specific about what I wanted done. Dust bunnies baseboard floors..etc...they cleaned but left many dust webs non swept floor vents were dirty baseboards had spider webs and eggs. The house was empty so no interference and there was 2 people.I have phone and they state they will call back but no one has.

      Hello we can come out at a 20 percent off.  2.5 hrs was not enough time to complete clean per customer request
