************** offers coaching Services. I met ************** at an Expo type Event in person, as she had a table set up Marketing her ********************* Services. During this in person meeting, I discussed my upcoming business endeavor within the Fashion Industry, and asked if she could assist with Services associated with Private Labeling. She immediately said, yes, and went on to explain to me her connections in the Industry. Therefore, I agreed to sign up for an upcoming Introduction Coaching Session, she was hosting, and we exchanged contact information.Her initial Coaching Session was via Zoom. The purpose of this Session 1 hr Session, was for her to provide a high level overview to a 3 Day Boot Camp she was attempting to sell to the live Zoom Audience. ************** was going over her resume and experience journey, to sell her Services, and participants to sign up. The cost of this Boot Camp was $2,000.00. I followed up with ************** individually, post this Zoom, and I reiterated/ recapped our initial conversation we had when I met her at the Expo, I pointed out that she did not mention Services for Private Labeling during her Zoom call, and specifically asked her again, if this was an area she had expertise. I also asked who Trademarking, and if she had experience in this arena, or resources. Again, her answer was, yes.Ultimately, I paid the $2000.00, and signed up for her 3 Day Boot Camp via Zoom.Unfortunately, none of my reassured topics were covered. On day 3, the last day of the class, I mentioned to ************** that I would like a one on one call with her, so we could determine next steps, for me getting the assistance and direction for the topics we discussed individually. This never happened. At this point, I feel as though I was mislead, and would like assistance in getting my $2000.00 back.
