On Tuesday, November 2, 2021, I contacted Victor Y**** with Bolthouse Finance regarding assistance with Credit Score Increase. After creating an account and walking through the Credit Analysis he provided, I was told my score would increase to 680-700, if not higher, after removing the one negative charge-off for all three credit bureaus, in addition to removing most, if not all of my 26 Inquiries and closed credit card accounts that all had zero balance, due to my divorce. I signed the contract and made the $499 payment after I was guaranteed my score would increase, which it has not. I requested a full refund, only to be told he would only refund me $83.33. This is NOT acceptable. Everything that Victor told me would happen, has not. In fact, he completely changed the plan, on his own, after I signed the contract and paid the $499 fee. Nothing he told me he would do has been done outside of sending out a letter to the three credit bureaus. I would have NEVER paid $499 for him to only send out a letter. And, that letter did NOT change my score at all. Victor has done nothing by lie to me, take advantage of me, and take my money. He has violated the Credit Repair Organization Act. I want a full refund. I have attached the credit analysis he provided, in addition to all of the emails from Victor. Please let me know what else is needed.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/04/10) */ MS ***** ******* signed up for our service on 11/5/21.The Terms of the agreement that we have on record is a 6 month service starting on the date above 11/5/21 to 5/5/22. Ms ******* wasnt happy with our service stating she wanted a full refund because we did not raise her score and we did not delete any inaccurate info of her record. Her experians was raised to a 690+ and we did delete some negative info off her record. Per our contract we had until may to correct everything. we offered a partial refund of $84 but she declined the offer. If documents is needed for contract,proof of deletions, and raised scores please let me know thanks! Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/04/11) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Victor states in an email, that my scores, not just ONE would be raised to what is needed. This did not happen. I want a full refund.
