This company has called me multiple times with the intention of selling me some type of financial services, even though I am on the Federal Do Not Call list, and have never given them any type of permission to contact me. I have tried, several times, to resolve the matter with the company both by phone call and email, but have been ignored. This is a last-ditch effort to resolve this. I need to speak to the company's ATTORNEY or LEGAL REPRESENTATION to discuss a resolution. If that does not happen, I WILL be seeking significant legal actions against the company.

We do not make calls outbound, Please rest assured we do not call out to anyone for any type of marketing purposes and will ensure no one has or ever will contact you from our organization. If it was a spoofed call, you may want to contact your phone provider. I have no record of anyone ever contacting you.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I actually spoke to the former owner of Precision. They went out of business a few years ago. Whoever is CLAIMING to be Precision, is using the name illegally, and absolutely IS making outbound telemarketing calls. The former owner of the business is consulting their attorney regarding this matter, and I am also doing so as well. I am also contacting the ******* State ************************* for assistance in this matter. Whoever is CLAIMING to be Precision, should contact their own attorney, and have said attorney reach out to me as soon as possible.

Please feel free to send us anything you have and we would be happy to investigate this further. We do not understand what you are talking about, which it does not make sense to us. Please send documentation to us substantiating your claims, as we have not been able to validate your issue. Do you have documentation showing we contacted you? The info you are stating is malicious and we dont understand the nature of such attacks, as your claims dont make sense to us. I am rejecting this response because: I have the call recorded. Telemarketing to a cell phone without express written permission, is illegal. ALSO, I spoke to the actual owner of Precision Debt Relief, a ******************. He says that Precision Debt Relief has been out of business for several years, and that whoever is CLAIMING to currently be Precision Debt Relief, is committing identity fraud. As stated, it is in your best interest to have your ATTORNEY or LEGAL REP reach out to me.Business response

After substantial research we still have no such record of your communication or your call.
