I have been trying to get in touch with this office for two months. My original appointment over a year ago was at their **** location (now closed), for which I never received a bill as I saw them for a standard cleaning and my insurance covered the cost. I had a second cleaning scheduled for December 2023 and arrived at the *************************** only to find the door locked and the lights off with a letter taped to the inside of the door informing me that the office's hours were being cut in preparation for it to be closed and merged with the *******************************************************. This was after having my appointment confirmed by their automated system a few days before. I then decided to no longer do business with Perfect Teeth, and I thought the matter was over. However, two months ago I started to receive unexplained bills in the mail, with no indication of what I was being charged for. I have now called many times, and never been able to get ahold of anyone who could explain the bill to me. I have even shown up at the ******************************************************* in person at 10:00 on a Friday morning to find the door locked and no one there. The answering service they use has attempted to get me through to their office several times, but no one answers. Their email followup requesting they call me back has no effect. I have even attempted to call the regional manager only to have it go to voicemail and not receive any call back after leaving a message. They have now sent the bill to collections, but even they cannot tell me what I am being billed for. Do not go to this dentist unless you would also like to be scammed as I have been.

Worse Dental office ever! I got my dentures made at this office in December 2023 . I had to go back multiple times to get them adjusted, last time on March this year. This dental office decided to file my insurance for those adjustments. My insurance explained to me that any adjustments made up to six months after getting the dentures made are already included in the original cost of the dentures they charged. Also, according to the explanation of benefits and the agreement between the dentists and the insurance, those adjustments are not billable to the patient either. Well, Perfect Teeth and doctor ******* decided that it is ok to harass me for this charges my insurance did not cover and to threat me on a weekly basis. I have talked to the lady in the front desk over the phone and in person but she totally dismiss what I said including the written proof I have. The worse part is that the dentures are still not ok. and on top of that, their fillings don't last more than 2 months.Another problem we had with this office was that my wife also had to pay out of her pocket for her oral evaluation, even though the insurance covers 100% of that as part of the regular annual cleaning . This happened because this service had exceeded the program's frequency limitation within a calendar year and they should have known that. Of course they did not let her know about it before scheduling the appointment or rendering the service. In addition, they performed and ADJUNCTIVE PRE-DIAGNOSTIC TEST without letting her know that was not covered my insurance. I really think this dental office is dishonest and have not respect or consideration for the patients.

I regret ever signing up for the perfect teeth plan. It was really just a scam. They make it easy to sign up and take your money, then still try to charge you full price for things that are supposed to be covered. Then of course they make it really difficult to cancel the plan. You can't even find any sort of corporate office to call and get ahold of, and the numbers I found, including ones on their website, were dead-ends and didn't even work. I had to just call one of their local offices to get forwarded to someone who was able to cancel my plan, but the whole process was sketchy and unprofessional. I will certainly recommend against anyone using perfect teeth.

I went to Perfect Teeth/Brident at **************************************. The office manager, *******, sat with me, showed me the computer, and made the estimate.I paid $1800 as the estimate stated. Then, months later, I received a bill for $930 still owed. They claim that this amount is a RESPONSIBLE difference. It turns out that ******* didn't code the estimate correctly. Now, they are withholding my X-rays due to non-payment. Total frauds!I wish I had read reviews first. Also, the dentist was an hour late to my appointment after they gave me medication, which then stopped working because the dentist was late.

The place looks abandoned and is absolutely filthy inside, and was locked when I arrived for my appointment. Needless to say, I left!

Temporary crown in September, followed by required $3,000 payment in full. My insurance reimbursed them immediately for $1,500 . Its December and Im still begging for my $1,500. . . They dont even have the decency to call me back. And for the recordI received my permanent crown 2 months after they put on the temporary crown. Whats up with that? Actual dental work goodthe billing department, Perfect Teeth, and Brident companies are downright thieves. Give me my money you owe me!

My wife and daughter made appointments after covid to have their teeth checked and cleaned. Both of them were told that the office didn't have time to clean their teeth, took blurry x-rays that were useless, claimed they each had one cavity and sent a bill that was not itemized for $300 for each patient months later. They obviously did not bill the insurance company even though the insurance company was cleared through them before we made the appointment. Furthermore, when they went to another dentist, that dentist found no cavities.

I was told by Perfect Teeth in **************** that all of my dental work was covered by my insurance INCLUDING dentures. There was even some initial confusion early on as whether or not I was covered, and their research came back that I was. The dental assistant even showed me paperwork which stated that I as a patient would be financially responsible for $0.00. Fast forward 9 months later when the dentures are ready and I'm out of the blue hit with a bill for over $1600.00!!!! I would have NEVER contracted with them had I known I would be charged such an outrageous amount, especially after I was told I would be charged $0.00. Additionally the bill they sent me contained numerous errors as confirmed by my insurance. My advice: Stay far, far, far, away!!!!!!!!!

Awful experiences with Invisalign program. Perfect Teeth was without an orthodontist for several months. I waited in the ********** office for over an hour. Many people in the office that were waiting were ALL unhappy with Perfect Teeth. Every person I talked with in the waiting room had a similar story of being neglected by these people. One person said they have been without trays since December! Even the Orthodontist that is assigned to me today said Perfect Teeth did t have an Orthodontist on staff fora while. Very sad. They should be held accountable.

I visited ***************** ***** after breaking a tooth. I have been quite hesitant to go to the dentist as it is almost always painful. I often had dental work without ******** as the shot hurt worse then when they hit a nerve. ************** was the first dentist I've found in half a century who could give me a shot without me screaming in pain. He was good at explaining what was being done and why, what to expect. I am very happy with this dentist and hope to not have to ever look for another. Thank you *************!!The girl at the front desk was patient and answered all my questions. The girl assisting (I assume dental hygienist) was very good at what she was doing and answered all my questions in a clear and comprehensive manner.Wonderful visit!
