      I moved and signed up for this company September 2023, I didn't receive a bill til December 2023, they turned my lights off January 3rd, I paid the half online to get it turned on, I called and the man said I would have to pay another $100+ to get it turned on! So I did. The man said I was ok! Then I look online it said I only owed $65, so I was going to pay it on thr due date ,then days later it says $300+, found out the $65 was an disconnection fee, then those months of not getting a bill they are making me pay for it double! They wants me to pay over $600 in one month for their mistakes! They do not have no email on file for me, to give me reminders, I even signed up with an email, they are not thinking about our frustrations, all they want is money from their mistakes, I will not recommend no one to them, their way of handling business is unfair.

      Total Crooks. I was comparing companies on the website. I put in my info to see if they serviced my area. Within an hour I received a "Welcome" email saying that I had signed up their service. I called to complain/cancel. Spoke with a supervisor, ****** who said it was still being processed and that she would cancel the "request". Next day two more welcome emails. I called them and was advised that service had been started. I contacted my previous energy company and they confirmed that service had been stopped. Spoke with Cirro, again, and was told the matter has been taken care of. Don't have a good feeling about it.

      Cirroenergy is a criminal enterprise. Their customer SERVICE is a JOKE. They spend their time trying to justify all the ways they add charges...and you use not even 700 kilowatts. They deserve no stars, the worse company to get electricity from. You spend hours on the phone and know resolution just very high bills. I don't trust them. TERRIBLE COMPANY!THEY GOT ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO DO ATLEAST ONE TO POST THIS COMMENT. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!Thieves!

      Cirro energy is the worst unorganized energy company Ive ever encountered!!!!!!!!!! Do not get ***** with them. They are NOT trained im anyway possible!!!!! I read the reviews and though maybe the customers were not right but I DEFINITELY SEE THEY ARE!!!!!!I called them to schedule a new service but didnt give my correct apartment number being that I was moving in and was given two apartment numbers. The rep ENSURED me I can callback and change the apartment number with no problems and no additional fees. THE *** OF MOVE IN, they tell me a different amount and tell me the original apartment is STILL under my account with SHOULD HAVE been moved!!!!!! Now i had to pay a higher amount due to their untrained staff!!!!!!!! And she could NOT tell me why my amount was higher in no form!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With they should be able to, I paid due to it being last minute and Im currently moving in today but I wanted to tell her off but I refused, plus she was rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET ENERGY WITH CIRRO BY ANY MEANS!!!!!!!!!!!! They dont know NOTHING I MEAN NOTHING AT ALLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!! I dont even know if they charged me for both units and she couldnt tell me so there you have it!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to give NO STARS but the system wants me to so there you go

      The agent lied and told me that they will pay up to $150 to get out of my current contract and to give them a call back when I received the last bill. When I received the final bill and called them they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I advised them to go back to listen to the taped conversation they informed me that they would correct the agent that gave out the wrong information. All that is good but doesn't help me at all. Teaching your agents to lie to get business isn't the answer. Now I'm looking for another energy company. If they will lie about this what else will they lie about?

      I tried to sign up on the popular power choose website and it 'glitched' out. I got an email to call 1-800-xxx-4776 and it took over an hour to get my service started manually. They supervisor kept telling me just 10 more minutes while I submit this application. After he was done I asked him what website I use to login. He gave me the their website, and I asked him to wait while I attempted to login. He put me on hold, and then hung up on me. I wasn't able to get the 10 cent plan that I originally signed up for. He said it wasn't available and he had to start me on a 15 cent plan to push the application through. Then he assured me that my 10 cent plan would get attached before my services started. After reading similar scam stories here, I have a feeling I won't get my plan and I'll have a hard time switching when my plan is over in a year.

      Why is it that a customer for 6 years gets worse rates than new customers?I called today and because Im already a customer Im ineligible for the rates on powertochoose.org. You would think ?? it would be preferred to keep loyal customers by offering the same or better rates. I reached out to them on ******** they asked me to call again I did and why just to waste my time hearing the same thing again Cirro's representative assured me. Cirros stance is 100% customer acquisition and not customer loyalty. Sad that most companies are all the same.

      This place is a scam they keep putting on my credit report that I owe them $275 I never in my entire life used them for any services. When I called them and confronted them about it they said they would take it off my credit report well they did last year now I see that they put it back on my credit this year.

      I signed up for a new plan in November of *************************************************** March of 22. At fist it looked to be good but then in July I received a really high bill so I looked closely at my rate and I was on a month to month paying over 17 per kWh when I signed up for ****. I called and spoke with customer service and they heard the call where I accepted a plan and said it would take about 1.5 billing cycles to fix. Here we are 4 cycles later with no resolution. I call weekly because they keep telling me I will receive a call but never do!! This is ridiculous!! I will never use them again

      Worst electric company EVER requested a transfer of utilities and representative was not able to complete my request was charged for usage after I specIfically requested STOP SERVICE. Have been calling and emailing the company for days STILL no resolution. I was left on hold waiting for the account resolution department for 3.5 hours only for no one to EVER retrieve the call.
