    Work performed by ProArmour was subpar. Have made many attempts via email, voicemail and text to have a warranty evaluation of the flooring performed. We have not received any return correspondence from John R********, ProArmour owner. In the interim, we have had the flooring evaluated by another professional who has confirmed the flooring application was done incorrectly and not to industry standards.

    The company lied from the beginning. The wife stated they would level out the patio. Found out after checks were cashed, that was not the case. They made our pool caps wedged in with their cement, which then we could not remove them therefore our pool company had to do it. Our pool caps do not now fit in properly at all. They left chunks of their cement all over our marble tile surrounding our pool. They left decent sized white scrapes/markings on our marble tile from the tape/scraper tool they were using on our marble tile. We have a crooked a grout line surrounding our pool from their uneven tape measurements along with chunks of grout missing when they removed their tape. When they covered up the drainage holes, they did not do it properly, and the cement has now raised and is lifted above the patio. When they covered the seams, same story. At the seams are lifted and completely visible. They used too thin of coating. The husband knew of these issues on the day of and stated he would take care of these problems. He even left a bag of his product that has been sitting in our driveway for over a month, with the intention, in his words, it is being left here for when he comes back to fix the issues. Their tape also removed paint from our home, which he had stated he would pay to have fix. That still has yet to happen also. The wife stated how this coding is indestructible, yet within the same week of them doing this job, our dogs were able to leave foot prints in it. The wife stated how easy it was to clean, yet even with a pressure hose and scrubbing with soap, dirt still does not get all removed. It looks horrid. It has been stated that he would be back to fix all issues. And that, also, we wouldn't be able to see all issues until it had completely dried. Which at that point my husband had walked around and taken pictures and sent those pictures to his wife. Which she responded they would take care of all issues when they came out. But here we are a month later, the wife had made an appointment to come out on August 13. Basically a month since they had done their job, which was July 14. Yet we had no time frame. The night before the 13th she had stated they would have to figure out a time. Which is odd, considering she had a month to figure out the time frame especially considering she is the one that picked the date. But on the 13th, we had not heard from her by noon, so I proceeded to call her and got her voicemail twice. I went on to their Business page on Facebook, and left a review so potential customers would realize what they are getting themselves into. Horrible customer service. Unethical. A company that does not stand by their word or their work. They are just happy to cash your $9000 check. Ironically within five minutes, my comment had been deleted from their business page. And then all comments were disabled so nobody could leave comments on their page. Seems very shady for a company to do that. When my husband confronted the wife through text she tried to turn this whole thing around stating they only knew of one issue, and that the rest must have been done by us. With is funny about that as we have time stamped photos, we have the texts sent to her where she stated they would take care of these problems, and we also have witnesses such as our pool company/landscaper/family and friends. We are also hiring an inspector to come out to prove there was no way that my husband or myself could have caused these issues, it's obviously a huge manufacturing flaw, which this company refuses to take responsibility for. These people should not be in business. They either need to reimburse us money so we can have these issues fixed, and pick up their bag of product out of our driveway, or they need to come out here and fix the issues themselves. We have already been in the process through contact with our family attorney and are also going through other channels through Texas so this company gets the attention it deserves.
