I purchase a new fence from this company 2020. I was told that the wood has a 5 yr warranty. I tried to contact this company mid March 2022 and never received a response or call back. I was finally able to actually talk to someone; *****; end of March 2022. He claimed they were busy and it wouldn't be until April 2022 that they could come out and replace some of the wood that is under warranty. I never received another call from ***** to schedule when they were coming out. Due to family medical issues; I was not able to contact this company again until December 2022. When I did speak to the receptionist a week before Christmas 2022; I was informed that ***** would call me back when he returned to the office. That never happened. I left repeated voice mails and sent a message thru their website. I cannot get this company to call me back or respond or even answer the phone when I call. I am asking BBB to help me get this fixed/resolved. I have at least 4 panels and 1 fence lock "block" that needs to be replaced. Please help me. *****************************Customer response

Looking for a new fence? Let me share my experience with Future Fence **!!!We decided to replace our fence earlier this year. While walking the dog we noted the designs we liked and contacted 3 companies. We went with Future Fence ** because of their style. They definitely were not the cheapest but I was impressed with the rep: ****** After agreeing on a date, they had the old fence down and the new one up in 2 days. Well done team!!! About a week later they stained it. In the middle of a heavy rain. When it didn't look right to me I asked to have a second layer put on and paid an additional $500.00. It made no sense to me why they would stain it in the rain but ***** said it wouldn't affect anything. Within a couple of weeks 7 of the boards started to crack because the nails were too close to the edge. ***** had his team come out and they replaced the cracked boards. Full payment received and boy did things change. When I contacted ***** (and the company directly) there was a big attitude change. No, this week isn't good. No, my team is booked right now. Here we are months later and I still can't get them to honor their craftsmanship. There are a lot of fence companies out there. Live & learn friends.
