  On 1/19/22 I decided to do a bathroom remodel. Mr. C****** and I agreed on the price of $17,234 for 2 bathrooms, which was clearly stated on the contract. During the remodel, the contractor kept asking for more money. I was not impressed with the quality of work. He installed wall tiles that were chipped, he placed a wood trim around the bathtub (which I never agreed to in the first place). When I told him to remove the trim he said he was charging me extra money. Several of his "additions" were never communicated to me, which was very frustrating. Initially, he told me that the master bathroom was going to take one week to complete. It's been a month and the work is not finished. He hasn't even started on the second bathroom, because he is asking for money. I told him I can not afford to have the second bathroom done. Based on this discussion I agreed for him to just complete the master bath at this time. But, I am not paying him the full amount until the work is finished. I have given him $13,600. He is asking for the entire amount of money now before he does anything else. He will not complete the job until he has all of the money in hand. I have not yet received the frameless glass shower, I don't have the bathroom countertops installed, no sinks or faucets, he ruined the carpet in my bedroom, and my garage is covered in dust and full of garbage from the work. He has stopped working as of 2/16/22 and has threatened a lawsuit because I am in breach of contract. I am writing because I am upset with the fact that he wants me to pay money and will not even complete the original work for the price that we agreed upon. Also, he has made threats throughout this process, that he would leave in the middle of working because I was complaining about the work that he was doing. Mostly, the work he was doing was not what I agreed to.

  Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/04/06) */ I met ***** know that I was taking her to small Claim court for breach of contract For additional work and changes that were made that would be made and we were under impression that will be paid for it So I guess she went to the better Venezuela to try to try to mess my company name up or her default it fought I do have all the proof to sign contract witnesses and receipts to prove all of my actizations are true and hers are false
