      I purchased furniture at the ** store last year 2022 my furniture was delivered in pieces at different times for to delayed wait periods. I was very clear at the time of my meeting with the design person at the store in ***** about my requirements I even gave her full details of my current bed frame. I also called tempur pedic in her presence and had her speak to the consultant regarding the guarantee for my bed and what type of frame would be suitable for my bed without voiding the warranty . She was very nice and then took me through sample of fabric and explained the process. I paid for the furniture only to have or delivered and my bed not fit in it..we waited. Months after calling every other week for someone to come out and sort it out. After paying thousands of dollars we were told they can only simply break off the ledges on the inside for our bed to fit correctly . The manager later reached out and explained she will get back to me to make this right n it would be a quick turnaround.to date no one has called me back for the bed . Some of the dresser drawers do not work. No one had come to fix it the parts were ordered and have been at my house for months . I get sent emails demanding Im at home at their convenience knowing full well I work an 8 to 5 Mon to Friday job, I was then told someone will come out on a Saturday between 8 am and 5 pm, so Im supposed to wait an entire day at home for this to be attended to . I dont feel there is any respect for time or their customers. We have been patient with this company after spending that much of money Im shocked at the service
