You have a lot of scam Tradesmen ready to take advantage of consumers in today's environment. We have used Texas Garage Door & Opener for years to replace the Lift Master opener and springs at various times and have always been pleased with their work and their recommendations on service. Recently, on a Saturday, the door finally came off its track after 25 years. We called and ******* came out within two hours and gave us our options. We decided to replace the door and we are extremely pleased with our choice. ******* spent a lot of time looking through catalogs with us and we appreciated his guidance. My garage door had a persistent squeak (like a dog's yelp) that kept getting louder. The staff person who came to solve the issue had to make two trips to get things quiet again. He was very patient and informative. As a newcomer to Texas, I forget that lack of rain causes the ground to shift and may cause various problems to include causing misalignment of doors/frames. Anyway, I would recommend this company for reliable service, fair pricing and professional staff.Texas Garage Door & Opener Response
