I filled Actions survey after a technician quickly took a photo of all the Action stickers on my wall (did he put iPhone on video so he could record?) then put in his upper pocket and had me verbally read all my credit card information including the billing zip code I believe he was recording all of my credit card information on his iPhone So after I filled out the survey I called Action cuz the problem was not resolved Action said that they will no longer service my needs

Terrible Service!!! Rude and poor customer service!! Do not recommend!! The tech came out to do a consult on my garage repair and never again will I attempt to use the services at this company. He was extremely rude to both my father (over the phone) and I when I asked questions about why it will cost over $1000 to repair my wires that were tangle at the top of my garage that didn't allow my garage door to come down. None of what he was saying made any sense, stating something hard must of hit my garage door so all these ******************************* were needed (which nothing had hit my door). He couldn't answer ANY of our questions directly of why certain parts and services were needed to fix the issue because he knew he was trying to over charge me. He even tried to say a specific part on my garage was broken and then with my father knowing it wasn't broken, he turned around saying it wasn't broken, getting caught up in his lies. Fortunately my father knows a little about garages so he knew what type of questions to ask. The tech became really defensive, rude, and made me feel UNSAFE in my own home stating "I'm not leaving " speaking on paying the consult fee, standing in my garage. I was the only one home and had my father on the phone. I went inside my home, locked the door and called the company, eventually he left out my garage about 5 mins later. Even with speaking with the secretary before the manager she stated "this is hard to believe" like I made this up. I felt more insulted. Neither my dad or I was rude to him when asking questions. I don't know if we got him on the wrong day but either way it was unacceptable. He was trying to charge us for many new parts which were not needed to fix my garage, since none of the parts were damage/ broke to say the least. I was quoted 3 other offers after this company for about $250-300 at all of them, with ALL stating no additional parts needed or the complex repairs the tech stated was needed to fix the issue.
