      We were told we would receive 800 dollars and so far they keep telling us they sent it or it will be coming soon. I'm taking this to the better business bureau as we speak. So if they suggest they will give you money for something it indeed is to good to be true. Stay away from them.

      *********************************** tech ************************* did an excellent job. He was very thorough and put bleach in the drain line for the central ac/furnace and washed the outside ac unit coils with the water hose and wiped a chemical cleaner onto the unit. He even took pictures of the central unit. ************** was very courteous and efficient. One of my neighbors came over and asked him if he could perform the same service for his unit. I texted the neighbor information and the referral with ****************** information to sign up for the maintenance contract

      If I could leave 0 stars I would. Wanted to share my experience with this company. They are very unethical and don't tell the truth. We were paying for their monthly maintenance and then the tech lied about the work/condition of the ** unit. They said everything was clean so they didn't have to clean it and then later when we called because it wasn't clean the tech said they didn't clean it because of the age but in person that is not at all what they said but admitted that the tech did not say what they told us. Person who handles the calls seems really annoyed when you try and call and doesn't handle customers well. They then replied to my review on ****** and made me email in. Their response was they had spoken to the General Manager and HE already spoke to you. I never spoke to a man ever. They keep lying and lying. They should be closed down with how many lies they say.

      I really needed assistance with a plumbing matter and I was unable to find anyone in **********, ** who was "willing" or available to assist me. I called Midland Air on a Friday morning and was told they wouldn't be able to assist me that day, but gave me an appointment for the following Monday morning. I was told my appointment time frame was from 8am - 12pm, but was reassured the technican would be at my residence, more than likely, by 10am. My appointment was confirmed via email and text message and I was emailed the day before to confirm my appointment. I LOVED THAT - VERY PROFESSIONAL. I received a call, text and email when my technican, ***** "*****" ****, was on the way to my residence (call came in at 8:08am). I was extemely impressed and felt confident that I had chosen the right company for my need.***** arrived around 9:30a - 9:45a to my home (from ********* to **********). He was courteous, polite and friendly. He was very professional and knowledable about what needed to be done. He explained everything so I could understand, the price wasn't as bad as I had expected for all that needed to be replaced to fix my leaky kitchen faucet and replace outdated lines with turn off valves. Unfortunately, it couldn't be done on Monday, but ***** gave his word that he would be back on Tuesday and we worked to schedule a time that was good for me.By the way, *****, also found a leak at my main water line that was something I didn't even know about. He advised me what to do, and the problem was resolved. ***** returned very punctual again on Tuesday and the problem has been resolved and the new faucet and lines look great. I will be contacting ***** in a few weeks to upgrade the lines and faucet in both my bathrooms. The shower will be the next.I made the right call.

      My elderly mother, who lives in ********,** was scammed by this company on 5/14/24. She was referred by a neighbor because she needed a new garbage disposal connected to her sink. Her existing one was leaking water. She called, made an appointment and was informed that service call was $99 regardless if she needed a new one or that they could repair the existing one. The tech arrived, looked at the situation and confirmed that she should have a new one installed. That act cost an additional $81. My mother was then subjected to a sales pitch about their membership program, which would cost $180, but would offset future service call fees and included other benefits that she didnt need. The tech left her home for some time, came back and continued the sales pitch without ever trying to repair the problem. She provided a check for $287 to cover this membership fee and $81 ( the trouble find fee for lack of a better term.) And then left, with no attempt to resolve the problem. My mother is 79 years old, hard of hearing and easily intimidated and persuaded by aggressive people. After my intervention, the best that the company would do was to refund $87? Not even sure why that number. Even as I explained that my mother did not need this membership, the representative continued to try to sell the membership, even advising that they have offices near my home and that I should also consider this program. Completely unfazed by my concerns. This company is bad for seniors and should have some sort of warning applied to them.

      If I could leave less than one star, I would...In March 2021, my air conditioner started making noise. At the time I thought I better get this taken care of because Texas summer is extremely hot. I call ****** Brothers because I've used them for years. My technician told me that the air conditioner needed to be replace.I was told that getting parts for air conditioners at this time was next to impossible since Covid. The sale agent SOLD me a ***************** I was told 12K. I signed on iPad. New unit installed. July 19, 2023 I called to check how much had left to pay since I was making payment of $214.86. That's when I found out it was a LEASE NOT A Purchase. My estimated payments would equal over ****** at the end of my lease. Meanwhile, I cannot sell my condo because of this contract. this was not explained to me in the beginning. I was definitely deceived by who I thought was ****** Brothers. Women that are 60 and older are definitely a target. If you read through the comments since 2021 service experts has been deceiving people with this contract.

      This company has caused so much stress, aggravation and added expenses with their unethical practices and inexperienced technicians. Starting with a bad installation that was repaired by filling a large space they left in the ceiling with mastik, that left us inhaling chemicals for a year and a half. Ive had a technician come out for a simple maintenance that crossed wires causing the unit to shut off. They sent another inexperienced guy the next day but he didnt know what he was doing either so after demanding they send someone with experience it was finally fixed, three days later! I was sold a water heater to replace my 5 yr old water heater after being informed by the salesman that I was washing in dirty water because I hadnt had it drained every year like what is required with water heaters. They have never drained the one they sold me in over a year and a half. Their office has set appointments where *** scheduled off of work to be home only to get a text message, while waiting on a technician, that theyll be there another day. I was promised duct replacement which was a priority to me, only to be told repeatedly someone will call me back and have never received a call back. After inquiring with an area supervisor I was told they really dont do ductwork. Im currently trying to find out if the installation of the unit on the roof caused my roof leak and mold damage and if there is damage to my lungs from the chemicals. Im in the process of acquiring legal representation to end this agreement, at minimum.

      Scheduled an appointment between 4 pm to 8 pm for a toilet repair. They shows up first earli in the morning and I was at work. Then showed up at 4:15 pm. Looked at the toilet said could try to repair it but most likely need a new toilet. Then told me it would cost $1500 for a new toilet if I bought from them. Then I said can you repair it. Said would need to call the shop to see if they had the parts. Called said they had then but shop closes at 5 pm and showed me his phone and said it was 4:36pm. How do you offer repair service from 4 pm to 8 pm and then dont have the oarts to do the repair? Then was charged $120 for them to do nothing. Called another plumber and said it would be about $575 for a new toilet. This company should not offer service hours from 4 pm to 8 pm if they cant provide parts and do the repairs. It was like they didnt want to be bothered. Do not recommendd this company at all.

      When their technician was out last week for routine maintenance on our AC unit, we inquired about if service tankless water heaters. The technician stated that they do and they have a Service that costs $60 per year for a complete plumbing inspection and flushing of the water heater. When we went to schedule that service the next day, we were informed that the there would be another $200 plus cost just to flush the system. This was different than the technician explained it to us.We immediately told them to cancel this whole house plumbing check and refund our $60. The refund did not get applied to my credit card. We called back the following Monday and was told in order to cancel this service, they need it in writing. We asked how they would accept it in writing and stated an email would be fine. An email was sent Monday requesting the cancelation and refund. It is now Thursday and we have not received the refund.

      I just had a service call from Robs Albertan to address a few problems with furnace. The tech *** fixed the problem properly and explained everything he did to correct the problem. Great job ***!!
