    I would NOT recommend this company. We had 2 appliances malfunction. We called Riprock explained what had happened. We were told that someone would get a hold of ** for when a tech could come. After a few phone calls over the next 3 to 3 1/2 weeks all their techs were busy and we ended up hiring our own tech. Which we paid for on top of the monthly fee we pay the insurance company for this very reason. We find out that the oven needs replaced and the 3 1/2 weeks the insurance left us waiting the oven was a fire hazard and could have burnt the house down due to a bad relay it was a good thing we had left the breaker off. Now when we purchased the insurance it was insinuated that they would cover up to ****** dollars on appliances. Truth comes out they only a lot so much per appliance. Then it also comes out that I have to first purchase the appliances and provide them a receipt before they will reimburse me which also was never told to us. So at this point I have hired my own tech, I have financed 2 appliances it's going to take 14 to 20 business days to receive a reimbursement and although they covered the dishwasher they didn't cover 1/3 of the oven and it's been about 2 to 2 1/2 months since the initial call. I still have no appliances due to back order. I bought home insurance for piece of mind so when life gets chaotic and things go wrong it's covered. Not with this company you get put off, things get drug out you end up doing what you would have done without the insurance to begin with plus paying there 190 dollar fee on top of being out for the appliances and tech that they were suppose to cover and you don't end up on the phone repeatedly over what they were suppose to cover and take care of. To ME it's fraudulent what they are doing your doing there job for them paying them for it and at the end of the day they pay you back what they seem as fair. Save your money throw the 190 dollars in the bank and save it because your going to end up paying it out anyway.
