I am writing to formally dispute and address a concerning issue regarding an unpaid medical bill from **********************. The bill in question, dated 9/29/21, should have been covered by my active insurance with Aetna which was provided to the hospital on the 9/29/21.Despite my coverage, the bill remains unpaid, adversely impacting both my financial situation and my credit report. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I believe there may be an oversight or misunderstanding that needs clarification.I seek your intervention to facilitate communication between **********************, Aetna, and the credit bureau to rectify the situation. My goal is to have the medical bill paid in accordance with my insurance coverage and ensure any negative impact on my credit report is corrected.I tried to take care of this in a timely manner but no party would like to take responsibility for the bill. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I appreciate your assistance in resolving this dispute.
