Several. Several times I have attempted to inform you on this screen.. I get about a third of the way and the screen blanks out unsaved.Initial Complaint

I have contacted this company by ******** email and several phone with messages left to ************** via the company operator with no response. I am using BBB to both file complaint and attempt to come to resolution outside of a small claims legal suit. The apt above me caught fire due to fireworks on July 4th 2022. My family was out of town for the holiday so we were not present. As attached the ********* brokedown the door to make sure the was no fire in our apt. On july 5th I recieved an email from ********************* asking if we were still living there, but failed to advise us of the fire. She did not advise us until after i called the police and then she sent an email stating that they had not fixed the door until that morning which was july 7th. In between that time our apt was burgarlized. After speaking with the property mgmt company I was told we would have no fees and be let out of the lease instead they charged **** for a trash fee although it was clear we were burgarlized. I advised that per our lease we had a rhino policy that the property mgmt did not utilize and they had my reason for move out as personal reasons instead of the fire. They forwarded it to a credit report agency and a the renters bureau although they knew this was under dispute and their demand letter did not contain a filled in date of when it would be sent to the credit agency. I have advised ************************* of them listing the reason for move out as personal reasons as ******* she stated she did not care and when i advised about the rhino policy she did not respond. At this point I am greatly upset, but will attempt one last time to work with the owner to a resolution, if not this complaint will show case that i did make a reasonable attempt at getting an apologize and to update my cbr (which needs a full deletion) and the renters cbr (also a full deletion) I would also like the owners to refund my $2500 insurance deductible as this was due to ************************* clear negligenceBusiness response

We have discussed this matter with our ******************* We understand the individual indicated to them that they filed a small claims lawsuit. As a result, and at the advice of their counsel, we will leave this matter to the courts to decide.
