On May 4th, 2024, I purchased 4000 lbs of *********************** from this company's Lewisville's establishment. Unfortunately, the guy loading some stones bent my trailer fender by initially loading the stone from the left side instead of the back of the trailer while I was inside paying (recorded on the vehicle outside security cameras), didn't inform me (which would have avoided the accident), causing the edge of the bent fender to directly touch the inside of the tire, and two blocks later, burn/cut a clear linear line on the inside of the tire as pictured. It was stressful to drive somewhere safe with a blown tire (damaging the rim), to manually unload the stone, unhinge the trailer, find and buy a full new tire and lug wrench, unbend the fender, load everything back on, and 5 hours later, finally drive home. There was, fortunately, no other damage other than the wheel and rim and the trailer handled the 45-minute drive home at 80MPH with no further issues. This was, however, completely preventable if some care had been taken loading the stone by Outdoor Warehouse Supply or if the guy loading had just admitted to his mistake before the accident. It was also unprofessional of the establishment to not call me back after I informed them of their error, provided them with my information, and was promised a call back within 48 hours. The video shows the employee damaged the fender with his forklift and then removed the load. He informed me that the tires were flat (they were low, not flat) and I told him I had an air compressor. The trailer was fully capable minus the damage he caused. He then reloaded the stone a second time from the back. I then asked him to lift the load while I got the *** just right without the load (a third adjustment). There was no damage to the axle or any other part of the trailer other than the left fender and subsequently, left tire and rim.
