4/11/2024 ****** claims that he came to our house to treat the lawn with fertilizer and other products, but my wife was at home and my back yard fence gates locked. He claims that he sprayed my front yard but back yard was locked. but cameras only show that he appeared at the front door but never rang nor done anything to the front yard. Cameras don't show him doing anything. he never spoke to my wife that he was there and says back ***** locked therefore never did anything there. he claims he did the front but the cameras don't show anything. So I need this amount to show zero balance as we don't owe this company anything. The worker ****** is a complete liar that he did anything, this company is trying to charge me this amount for services not renedered.Business response

We are sorry for any frustration this situation has caused. We did offer to come back and treat the property again as a free service call and requested a copy the video footage as to ensure we did not double-treat the front yard, which could harm the grass plants. We appreciate the use of security and door cams, but unfortunately, they do not cover every angle and they are becoming an increasing issue in our industry because of that fact. We stand by our technician and trust that he treated the front yard as he said he did, however, the last thing we want is an unhappy customer. As this account has already been cancelled and it appears there is nothing else that we can do, we will gladly credit the $55.12 back to the account so that the homeowners are not liable for that charge.

My Response to the Business:
Unfortunately I have not been reached out to with regard to the free service. I stand by my wife who was there at the time and according to her visuals outside at the time of the technician there is no indication of any tech or truck treating my property at the time of day and time. I also don't see any changes after the treatment in my front yard if that was ever treated that day. Definitely the back yard fences were closed and when I called the same day evening to ask the technician his words were, " the backyard fence gates were closed. and there was no attempt to ring the bell to ask my wife about anything.
If the business says the front yard was treated then I ask, why the full amount charged anyway? But according to my wifes visuals of the property all day there was no one treating the property front garden.
If the business says that they will credit my account. I NEED AN EMAIL DIRECTLY TO MY EMAIL: ***************** saying that my account is at ZERO BALANCE. At this point my account is not even accessible due to the business closing the account.
