I live at ***************************************************** and you cut my next door neighbor's yard at ***********************. Your company repeatedly has trespassed onto my property and has been cutting and killing my grass. They have also damaged two of my irrigation nozzles. I have camera and video footage of everything. Your company came 5:20 PM on July 25, 2023 and trespassed onto my *************** the clearly marked boundary line. The boundary is clearly marked with large metal stakes. You keep leaving your lawn clippings and blowing them onto my lawn as well as scalping my lawn leading to death of my grass. I am requesting you immediately remedy this and stop trespassing. If this occurs again I will contact the police for criminal trespassing. You also risk damaging your equipment by treading onto my property. In addition I will be pursuing other legal means to recuperate the damages occurred to my property.Business response

Immediately after the customer contacted us about this, we had a supervisor go out and talk to the homeowner. The homeowner didn't want us to do anything about it at that time. He then contacted us a second time that the grass was dyeing, we had a supervisor out there the next day to look at the grass and talk with the homeowner again. Supervisor told homeowner that we will replace the 20sqft of grass when the temperature cools down. The temperatures are still to hot right now. As soon as we have cooler weather this customer will be taken care of.

This company mows the lawn next door to my home. They are unable to respect well demarcated boundary between mine and neighbors lawn. They cut into my yard with their mower or trimmer set extremely low resulting into death of my grass. We have complained before but they continue to violate the boundary.
