I was working at another logistics company. This position became available and I took it. I worked 2 complete weeks and I got a notification through an email stating that my account had been deactivated. I contacted the VP and he indicated to me that he wasn't involved with my hiring process. And that they had to let the hiring manager go and he proceeded to tell me, that they are letting me go. Without any indication of any prior issues. I left a job paying more than what they were paying me at Mersaro, but I needed the flexibility and hours. This is beyond unprofessional and incompetent. I lost a job that offered me the benefits and I never received any benefits during the time of employment. This company should not be allowed to continue to do business with anyone.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/26) */ The complainant was hired as a Independent Sales Representative on a contract basis in a remote position. The expectations included prompt response to emails, video attendance of meetings, and entering customer quote information into a CRM database. In regards to video Conference Attendance: Multiple times the complainant was driving around while on the video conferences and losing signal. Discussion were had with the complainant about the issue and it did not improve. Later they proceeded to cancel scheduled video conferences minutes for the meeting. In regards to the CRM: The complainant was specifically told quotes were to come from the Company. Quotes and bids were given out to customers that the Company was not aware of and complainant directly ignored Company policy. It is unfortunate, however, the complainants actions and failure to follow policy lead directly to the termination of contract.
