I asked them to fix a dishwasher, two fridges and an oven. They charged me just under 500 and only fixed the dishwasher and one of the three bulbs on my oven range that was out. They claimed to have fixed the fridges, but both still show an error message. The team was very late every time they came. They had no knowledge of any of the appliances listed on their website, and at one stage told me to "look in the manual" to change the fridge filter that I had just paid them to fix. Appalling service. Do not hire these people.

Mrs ******** I don't understand what you are gaining by falsifying the facts. The technician has repaired the dishwasher for you, installed two water filters in your refrigerators and per your husbands request, he looked at your vent hood as a favor because we do not work on vent hoods and we replaced 3 light bulbs for you. You paid $486 total, $225 for the dishwater, $175 to install the water filters ( that included only $30 labor instead of the $95 minimum charge). The technician forgot to reset the water filters usage and he texted you with the instructions on how to reset it yourself and did not tell you to look at your manual as you have stated, you have paid him to install two water filters and if he had forgotten to reset the filters that does not mean he didn't repair your refrigerator nor did he not know what he was doing. The last $86 ( instead of $125) you were charged to replace 3 light bulbs on your vent hood.
