The company offered a promotional offer for heart scan which I had gone in and specifically said that my partner could not come in due to last min emergency - they promised she can come in the following business day and scheduled a time for her - I paid the full amount and when she came in on Monday they refused the offer said she has to pay the full amount and were extremely rude and discriminating. They collected the money for the offer and only gave service to one person. They did not honor the words of their front desk or the sales person who also confirmed the same. The supervisor was extremely rude she hung up during the call and basically said do what u can. We will not give the treatment as promised -the front desk gave u incorrect information. Which was not my problem to begin with. Extremely extreme rude improper behavior. They are total scammers.Review from Deborah L

I purchased the Advanced Body Lung & Heart scans for my husband and myself through Groupon. I have called and left messages 6 times no reply. I have requested an appointment 3 times on their website, no reply. Today I called again, and after the into by Jason Witten, the recording says you are #1 in line, then disconnects. There is no way to leave a message. This has because a full blown scam.

As per my conversation with ***** today, we fully believe this woman is not a real customer of ours.
I reached out to her via email, and gave her my direct cell # to contact me so we could rectify any problem she may have experienced. We have never had someone call our office six times and never be able to reach us.
I have yet to hear from her anything from her whatsoever.
This is not someone real who actually wants to get a Heart & Lung Scan and determine if they have heart disease, cancer or underlying issues.Customer Response

I am a real customer, went to them 2 years ago on a Groupon. I purchased another Groupon on Jan 5th. They did not reach out to me until YESTERDAY. I was informed that using these Groupon is a ONCE IN A LIFETIME and they would not honor it. No where on their website or on the Groupon says that you can purchase and use this only 1 time in a lifetime.Advanced Body Scan Response

We do only allow the Groupon Special to be used once. It is listed in the fine print on Groupon.
However, we will go ahead and honor it for her.
But she needs to contact me directly to schedule. She also need to retract the negative info as it is untrue and again we scan 800+ patients a month and growing.Review from Janice G

This should be called Advanced Body SCAM. What a "time share" sales pitch! An offer of $199 from "Neck to Knees" turned into a $2,800 visit with a long term payment plan. RUN!Advanced Body Scan Response

$199. is a heart and lung scan . Nor a full Body
A full body scan does go from you neck to your thighs and that is much more. but for $199 you get a heart and lung scan with a full radiology repor read by a board certified radiologist and we have a medical provider who can review with you and answer any questions you may have about your report. This scan also includes a calcium score
it's actually a very good price for all that you receive

Well then you should train your sales/PITCH people better . ******* specifically said not once, twice, but FIVE times...:"KNECK to KNEES". A waste of my time and a total SCAM.
