8.5.23 went for regular mammogram, for my physical but was billed for 2 mamograms coded as $1028. and $1101. I have never had bad results and did not need a 3D mammogram , total bill was $2 129. ???? My insurance paid the prior approved (i confirmed with envision and my insur co befor driving 20 miles (where i was told my mamaogram would be covered) . I have sent their bills back showing them their mistake but they kept harassing me and sending more past due bills , they even changed tghe amount to make it look like my insur co paid a little but i owed the rest of the 2nd fake invoice . the results took 5 to 6 weeks , i called 3 times asking what is the delay , none of them ever called me back ? (it was freaking me out ) my results letter showing normal finally came 9.14 and the letter says nothing about a 3D . Yesterday i called to get a ccd and was declined. My credit shows a past due ??? their bill collector filed on my credit report . Now i know why i am not getting hired , the employers are thinking i am a dead beat. THIS IS FINANCIAL FRAUD of 64 yr old female. See attached proof, i want FTC to do what they do very well. I am sick of all these constant rip offs by supposedly credible companies. Obviously here are other complaints on BBB so i am not alone . I want need my credit cleared. I will file a lawsuit if i have to , i refuse to tolerate this . Labcorp from 6 years ago did same thing. they were paid and every 3 yrs same invoice pops up , i send them the copy of payment . HARASSMENT with intent to steal (get someone to pay again ) is FRAUD and THEFT .
