The transactions were made on July 22, 2024. There have been two transactions, both on July 22, 2024. One was settled on July 23, 2024, and the other on July 24, 2024. Upon initial account creation, there was a glitch and I was directed to the initial account creation screen after several minutes of spinning and waiting. I continued the account creation a second time and was once again directed to pay and it was then successful. I called the next day and nearly every day after regarding the two charges, however, the lady that I kept speaking with continued to say that she only saw one charge on my account. I don't doubt this, but given my previous experience in customer service, I understand that sometimes a customer's card can be charged multiple times, once on an active account and another time via an inactive/unknown or incomplete account and there can be discrepancies that aren't immediately noticeable to the representative. I've tried explaining such to the representative, and she assured me that she would send my information to the finance department and someone would reach out to me for a resolution. After several days of waiting and an explanation via email, my efforts have remained ignored and unsettled despite sending screenshots of my account and explaining the situation several times.Initial Complaint

Was threatened, hung up by the owner multiple times for no reason when asking what I owed money for and then was threatened again that my drug specimen would be thrown away so I could not attend school. Everytime I would call I would be yelled at and hung up and not allowed to speak. ***** the owner made it clear he was the owner and was very condescending. The problem ended up being their fault.Business response

Student owed payment for drug screening done for school. Student was advised two weeks prior about open bill and amount. ******* stated wanted to speak to school about amount owed. Two weeks later, student was called and student stated did not know about amount due and that she wanted to speak to school. SurScan advised that she has been given enough time to pay amount and will advise school of specimen destruction due to non payment of services.
