BBB NCTX has also received multiple BBB Scam Tracker submissions with allegations that like, "the owner claims to have shipped the items when they clearly have not shipped."

"1.4 Misrepresentation may result not only from direct statements, but by omitting or obscuring a material fact."
As of April 16, 2020, BBB NCTX has received additional complaints, but the business has failed to respond to our inquiry.
