      Placed order on 11/25 for Christmas gifts. Called 12/12 & they claimed they didn't have the items after advertising they were in stock when I placed the order. Buy 1 get one free - didn't receive my FREE set, just the 1 & did NOT receive my 2 scarves even though the packing slip stated they were included, incomplete order delivered 12/20 FINALLY! They claim items are in stock when they aren't & they notariously ship orders too late from the date when the order was placed. I have filed a PayPal claim for a refund in the amount of $107.77. Her lateness in shipping & NOT including all of my purchased items ruined my Christmas gift giving & I demand a FULL refund! Buyer beware!!! Order No XXXXXX listed as complete and it is FAR from that!

Unfortunately, that is a risk that comes when ordering pre-order items, such as the 2 scarves that you ordered. Our shipping team definitely should not have missed the free item in the Buy 1-Get 1 deal that you ordered. They were indeed in stock (though we made no such claims at any time regarding any of the items that you ordered) and it was our failing that they were not included in your original shipment. The free item WAS included in your second shipment when your pre-ordered scarves were ready to send to you. I'm sorry that we were unable to handle this to everyone's satisfaction. Your website said that EVERYTHING was in stock when I placed my order in November. At no time did it claim to be accepting pre-orders, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered them! Please ensure in the future that you fully explain this to your customers. In fact, when I had a phone call with your business, they said they were expecting them any day & a week later still no shipment preparations had started. Of course my free item wasn't included in my order, which I needed PRIOR to Christmas & being as I WAS a long standing g customer, more effort could have been taken to get me my full order! I won't buy from you again, don't worry about that!

      My wife placed an order for a designer mask with this company on December 3rd (order # XXXXXX), which resulted in a USPS tracking number of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. However, the item was never received and the tracking number status still shows the USPS is awaiting the item. I have tried to contact the company via their online contact form, their customer service email address, and their phone number but have received no response. I would simply like a refund at this point.

      On 11/29/2021 I ordered several products from the company total 143.00 dollars on the 7th of December a label was created and after 14 days noticed the package was not picked up per USPS received package the 21st of December incomplete in this time have probably called the number over a hundred times and emailed the telephone number goes to a answering machine and no response through email I would like my products I paid for and to be done with this company they are a Scam
