              Purchased a top of the line Robo Vac/Mop based on reviews and such on various platforms. Dreame offered a discount on a $1400 device so I jumped at it. Received it at the end of march. a little over 30 days of use, and it would undock to do it's cleaning, and just disconnect and dump the battery. I filed cases with Dreame for this and sent the whole thing back paying for boxes to ship. they have officially had this device (broken) longer than it was running in my home. this was all light use. I asked for a replacement since this is clearly a matter of a faulty device. they are saying that since it was just barely out of a 30 day warranty (30 days????) that only a repair can be done. which is ridiculous. However there is absolutely no action on this service request and I have no contact with them on updates on a repair at at all.. Replace this device!!! Beware. the service is sub par and the warranty on a $1400 vacuum is absolutely horrible. these should last YEARS with little maintenance. this lasted a month basically. very disappointed.

              Terrible customer service, price gouging.Had an ******** in my cart on dreametech.com. I'm currently fighting a disease and could not physically finish the purchase. All I had to do was put in my credit card details and click buy. The next morning when I woke up I was thankfully feeling better, so I went to go finish my purchase. Well in less than ***** hours the price jumped 100 dollars. I tried messaging the company through the chat on their website. No response, so i called. Said they would get back to me. I sent them a screenshot of the lower price as well. No response. So i nessaged again. No response. So I called again. The person told me they can't control the price on Amazon. That's not even where I was buying it from to begin with. I was buying it from their direct website. This person failed to inform me why the price jumped even after being asked multiple times. Terrible customer service, price gouging. They do not return messages on their website chat system, the people don't understand when told what the issue was and failed to resolve it at all. 0 out of 10 rating. If i could is give 0 stars.
