Hello,This is regarding the location at ***************************************************The customer service at this location is horrible. I have been waiting on my daughters blood work results for way longer than i should have to wait. I have spoken to a ******************** on multiple occasions and each time she is extremely rude and unprofessional. ******************** stated no one could help me, no other doctor was in the office, she couldn't provide me any emails, and could also not provide me with the corporate number or address. I asked if another doctor could please provide them as i am concerned for her health and want to make sure we are staying on top of things and she stated she couldn't help me. I eventually spoke to a ****************, the team lead who stated another doctor was in fact at the office and could help me and she did not understand why ****************** stated otherwise. She also stated she would be contacting her manger and they would get back to me. I could continue to go on with the lack of professionalism at that location but have typed as much as i could.I have been at this office with both my kids for 6 years now and am about to take my children out of this location and transfer them to a new doctors office as they seem to have people in that office that don't care about children's well being. Please train your staff at all locations.Sincerely, One Concerned parent.
